He does. It's "I'M PERFECT" (extended emphasis on "perfect" because he's being disintegrated while saying it). Although I think in the original Japanese it's just a normal "B-BAKANA!" (again, extended because he's disintegrating)

This track plays most effectively when someone of great power and importance is about to die. It played a lot during the struggle with Frieza, as well as Cell's death, Kid Buu blows up the Earth and Kid Buu's death.

if you think about it Ginyus ultimate power is the most op ability in DB universe. He would win against anyone in a 1v1 regardless of their power. Which is why we never really do meet anyone like him again in the series. reason why he didn't over throw freiza :-( shrug no idea.

2 Key weakness here: A: he has control issues immediately after possession, clueless in host techniques, in anime at least.
2: he still needs to hit the damn thing. Even is it paralyses, he needs to live long enough to get to that point. Strong enough guys would either need to be ambushed or sporting to get that hit in.

Again thanks a lot for bringing this to life sir. My favorite Faulconer track finally done in a full on beautiful orchestral way. The latin part in the main portion of the song was something I was truly hoping for actually. Just from that I can tell you know how to orchestrate your music well.
I'm going to have to make myself permanently deaf now, because nothing I will ever hear in the rest of my life, even if I become immortal, will ever be as fucking awesome as this was.

Plz do Cell's Themes and Super Buu Theme. I can't wait to hear such awesomeness. Seriously, if they did a live-action movie(not Dragonball Evolution), one that stayed true and followed the manga/anime, they should use your soundtrack for the movie!
when I hear this song it brings me back to when Cell was in his first form and blasts right through Piccolo where right before he does it he says goodbye and Goku and Gohan can feel that piccolo may have died. That was when people knew how evil Cell was.

+Elliott Wiggins I doubt even if Ginyu wanted that he could successfully body change with Frieza, Frieza could have taken on the whole Ginyu force and likely barely take a hit, Frieza was also probably aware of Ginyus power as well
I always thought Ginyu saw Frieza as a God-like being and considered himself unworthy to steal his body. I think he probably thought the same thing when he first thought Goku was a super saiyan. When he decided Goku wasn't one, he smiled and prepared to change bodies, like he decided it was okay to do so.
