Black Cat Bones - Barbed Wire Sandwich (1969) England
The Black Cat Bones was a blues-rock group from London founded in the late '60s by Paul Kossoff (guitar), Stuart Brooks (bass), and Simon Kirke (drums). Kossoff and Kirke left to form Free, and Brooks recruited Brian Short (vocals), Derek Brooks (guitar), Rod Price (guitar, vocals), and Phil Lenoir. This unit cut The Black Cat Bones' only album, Barbed Wire Sandwich, in 1969.

This was underground music back in 1959 when I was a wee lad of 15. Great days.

I've first discovered this song on SIRIUS 16 the VAULT (now Deep Tracks) and this song is totally trippy and mindblowing.

    Cool fact.
The guitar player is Paul kassoff and the drummer from free. This was their band before free!
I knew these tones sounded familiar.
    Fucking art

For some strange reason this song almost reminds me of The Ides of March's "Vehicle" cause both of the songs were about vehicles and getting their loved ones around, I'm not certain which song came out first between these two
