Its so interesting that people don't even know that there is a whole other side of this arg on seperate channels and like they are missing like 2/3s of the complete story
to be fair its more like 1 third as really you just miss what the "muses" are and thus mother and the fate of some minor characters like sonk the blue rat who was the more expirment viktom wailing that "oh god im still alive".
there is alex bale, happy meat farms/this place is not happy, the cynical critic, and some far more obscure stuff that is pretty important
It made me SO frustrated seeing him led directly to these two channels and not investigating ANY further into them

I’ve watched Alex Bale’s videos for years, it’s so cool to finally see him gain such traction and the attention he really deserves! If you want more of his weird creepy creations, I recommend watching his series Pizza Time Pizza. It’s not at all what you’d expect.

I'm guessing 'Mother' is a AI computer based off stories I've read on sci-fi and stuff. My guess is that HMF is mutating these animals to 'feed' or to create and energy to power this so called Mother. Pretty sure Mother has something to do with the New World Order, that's pretty obvious.

Hey hey Matt---- Alex made the ARG and Cynical Critic was made just for the ARG. There is a few other channels in there contributing to the lore and in Alex's theories he adds in stuff for the ARG.
The best part about this arg is that happy meat farms is only a small portion of a much larger arg and theres a lot more to discover

The muse ARG is one of the best ARGS I’ve seen that goes so deep you’ll feel like an actual conspiracy theorist by the end with a wall of red string
Half a dozen channels, websites, login info, everything
When ever someone brings up stock photos, I think of the ones with the random girls bullying another girl who's wearing like 5 layers of shirts and then remember it was a whole photo session where they took turns being the bully and then they were all friends. Its the closest to a stock photo arg I've ever seen.
I tried to do the letters at the bottom of that one screen, I managed to figure it out it came out to be “Host assimilated mother colony established preparing the reconnection”
Pretty disappointed he played the first video without sound, the audio design is really good for that video

This comment doesn't have anything to do this Happy Meat Farms, but I need to say it since Mat mentioned it:
MAT PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A SPONSORSHIP DEAL WITH BETTERHELP
There's a lot of scumminess that comes with BH, a lot of which I experienced firsthand or at the very least second hand. The most important things to know are that their counselors are typically unvetted, underpaid, and overworked, and that their financial aid is an absolute joke. They charge you even for months where you aren't getting sessions, and they sell personal data, including sensitive information that is shared in session with your counselor. This last one actually used to be stated in their ToS, but was reworded and hidden when they were called out on it. All in all, they're a bad company, and there's a lot more I'm happy to share if you need to know. And if you want a professional word on it, Mickey Atkins did a video on it a few years ago that she was forced to take down due to a cease and desist from BH, but I'm sure she would love to share with you the absolute BS BetterHelp is guilty of.
Anyone else who has dealt with BetterHelp, pleae share your experiences and bump this comment so Mat can see it!!
YES OMG. So many therapists have came out against BH, yet RUclipsrs still accept sponsorships from them. Therapy is not something to toy with, having a bad therapist can be traumatizing or deter people from seeking future support. Really hope that MatPat does his research with this one.
@@StarsStillHere it really is so traumatizing. we (hehe did system go brr) already had trauma from a previous bad therapist relationship that made us not want to seek other help, so starting bh was a huge step for us, and we were met with nothing but a transphobic counselor who told us he wouldn't work with us, a counselor who told us we were wasting our time and would eat during our sessions, and then months of no sessions that we still had to pay for, which was over 300 a month even with financial aid. it was an awful experience and we were ready to just give up on therapy again, but thankfully we've found other, much better and much cheaper resources that have helped us so much more than bh ever did. if anything, bh only increased our stress and anxiety and made things worse!

theres a whole cinimatic universe to this arg, i really recomend the Cynical Critic, Sonc the Blue Rat and of course, the SpongeBob Theories

53:18 I can assure you this is more common than you may think. When I had an stay at the Grippy Sock Hotel there was another patient that “blogged” 1-2 times a day. Incredibly interesting thing to witness.
My favorite part of this is that, as someone who lives on a farm, these animals are not the ages they say they are. Ignore the strange shapes and forms, that 3 month pig would not look like that. It’s a photo of an older pig that’s been manipulated. It’s great.

My initial thought was that same as Matpat that HR stood for something else but I think its the fact that humans are the literal resources and it did say Human Resources Department on the webpage.

Yeah, the theories are almost as interesting as the ARG lore. And I love the way he includes the live action scenes in the theory videos and all the unexpected twists in the story

I adore the format of these videos, i came upon them accidentally the week video 3 came out. how its horror, but has comedy, how the subjects match in with the beat. its awesome

Really glad you covered this. However, you'll need to check Alex Bale Spongebob Theories, 1/3 of the lore is there (though very well made, the theories are plot device), and the rest 1/3 is spread on other channel such as The Cynical Critic and Sonc The Blue Rat.
Seeing Alex Bale content on these channels is quite something, honestly. I'm glad his series is getting the attention it deserves
