This era was when i was the most concerned about G-Dragon. He lost a lot of weight, said a lot of sad quotes. I attended his concert during this tour and he looked as if he could pass out in any second. It felt like he did not really want to do this tour but at the same time he wanted to do it in case it was the last time seeing his fans. TOP's scandal also broke out during this time and TOP wasn't doing well either. It was honestly a scary time thinking back.
remember that time, i flew to korea for his first kick of the tour not knowing if it was going to be cancelled. fortunately, we got top back and the concert could go on.
I went to his Motte tour and it was one of the best days of my life he really put his all into performing for vip despite his health❤
This documentary always make me sad... It's crazy how he endured what happened in this year.
YG entertainment staff is known for longevity and loyalty to the agency and artists.
That's how they have such tight bonds. From backup dancers to makeup artist to security.
YG requires for staff to have a general health check prior to comeback or tours aswell as for mental check. Especially mental health has been more prelevent after 2ne1 bom stuggeled aswell as minzy from young age in the industry. YG valuss privacy hence why the agency never comments or gives detailed on private matters. To have privacy as a celebrity is soooo damn hard but it's a choice the artist make.. to have some privacy YG has that value in place.

Older idols are free to drink and smoke and it is indeed nothing. A lot of Koreans drink and smoke, especially the older generations. GD and TOP are known smokers; and they aren't afraid to do it in front of everyone unlike the kids these days who try to hide it.

That was probably one of the hardest time for GD, TOP scandal was like a week before his album dropped (and knowing what we know now that he did try to take his own life after I cannot imagine what it was like for GD to go on a world tour after such a news). GD was really thin, sickly thin, we were all worried. I saw in Paris during the tour and he gave his 100% (a super concert really) but I feel like we all felt that something was wrong, he seemed like he was going to pass out at any point. I understand that it was his last chance to see his fans before military but I feel like it was really bad for him to do this tour. I feel like GD is really lonely person, he has a lot of people around him but he said he had no one to call. Also so much pressure on him and so much hate around him and BigBang. He's also sensitive so I'm sure celebrity actually hurt him a lot. He's been on this industry since he was 5 and the happiest I saw him was when he was not active. I love him and his music but I sincerely think it's really toxic for him this kind of lifestyle. This documentary is hard to watch because it reminds me of really dark time as a fan. I just hope GD is happy and find some kind of peace.
