    R.I.P. Judith Barsi. She was an amazing American child actress. In other words, she was an angel. Just remember that she will always be there for everyone.

    I remember I came across Judith’s story by accident in 2005 when I was looking up famous child stars. It was so horrific finding out all these details leading up to Judith’s death that it made my stomach turn. All these years I just thought that Judith grew up and like most child stars didn’t want anything to do with Hollywood anymore. But little did I know back then that Judith had never made it to see adulthood.

    😢😥 I feel really and really sorry for Judith Barsi. 😥😢 I wish there could've been something to save her life. She have so much potential to become a great talented actress. She did an amazing cute and beautiful job as an actress. When I watch The Land Before Time and All Dogs Go to Heaven in my childhood, I have no idea who voiced Ducky and Anne Marie until I find out years later as an adult. And I didn't know that child abuse exist when I was born. ❤💖 Maybe one day in the future, if I have kids one day I would definitely love to name my future daughter Judith. Name after Judith Barsi. To pay tribute and homage to her. I'll give her so much love and attention as a beloved responsible father. Since I have dreams as a future director, I would love to have my future daughter as an actress as a big role. 💖❤
    😢😥 Rest in Peace Judith Barsi 1978 - 1988 😥😢

      Well, I seen many of the comments from videos related to Judith's case, saying that her mother cared about the money and materialistic belongings in the house than the safety of her child and couldn't do anything about it, which is why many people put the blame on her more than her father.

      The sad truth is that victims can have a hard time leaving that toxic life style, even if everyone else around them is telling them to get the hell away from the bastard the victim can still be too attached to even try. Someone should've looked her in the eye and said don't leave for yourself leave for Judith. Pushing her motherly instincts might've helped her make the right decision.

I'd been spanked, yes, but I never thought a dad could go any further than that. Especially now that I'm older and think more about men, a guy like Jószef is my worst nightmare. Last year my cousin Barely suffered that same fate
      but it was my uncle who died (the alcohol had damaged his liver beyond repair)
      Backstory
      It all started in my previous family reunion in 2014 I was minding my own business when I heard an argument with my aunt and uncle (Who are from England) and my Belgian uncle and aunt who sided with my Aunt from England amidst the argument have discovered my Uncle from England purchasing whisky in the village of Herselt (which is in Belgium where the family reunion took place) the argument had escalated into a fight when my Uncle from England got drunk in Herselt whereupon my Belgian relatives and Aunt threw My Uncle out of the reunion and sent him back to England, to make matters worse when he returned home my Cousin (who is the daughter of my aunt and uncle and is 24 at the time) also caught him drunk when preparing dinner (even worse with a knife in his hand which was removed later) and eventually collapsed after standing and leaning on counter for 20 minutes. Despite the promise that it will be his last drink he ends up drunk and fell asleep on the floor for an entire night much to my cousin's anger and my shock of discontent, as a result he didn't even go to my family reunion in 2018. The situation then took a treacherous turn for the worse I got information from my aunt (My cousin's mother that is) that my Uncle fell terminally ill in hospital (a result of the alcohol cirrhosis) and eventually passed away.
      And so, having learned about the grim reality of alcohol consumption I refused to drink any alcohol and decided to remain sober for as long as I am alive regardless to say 2019 had been an *Annus horribilis for me.

Im just now learning of this story today(may have learned of ot in the past, but my memory got scrambled after a near-death drug induced seizure. I'm still alive thanks to my sister and my niece, and these stories help me to value my life more for them. I was watching the Land Before Time the other day and remembered the story of this sweet, little girl. She was born 13 months before me. As I look at my two kids, I can't imagine doing anything else but loving them and cherishing them. To know that this sweet child never got to experience anything past 10 is so tragic and sad. I hope her spirit got peace in Heaven. For those short 10 years of life, she made a huge impact in so many lives for years to come. If anyone was given one wish, most would wish for fortune or fame. Well, I don't have much but my family which is all the fortune and fame I need...so I would gladly give my wish for this young girl to have lived. RIP Judith. You will live on for all time in the hearts of all those that see your gifts on TV and in Movies.

    I wonder if they have any living close relatives left in Hungary or any close American friends left alive. Barna died in 1995 and Ági died in 2008, I don't know anything about Klara but if she's still alive she's obviously elderly. Ági wrote a self-help book in the 1990s and in one chapter she wrote about her life and her family. I think it's high time we got a big documentary or biopic or series about Judith and her family, regardless of whether it's an indie film a la "Dear Zachary" or a new case season of "The Act" on Hulu (season one was about the Gypsy Rose Blanchard story) or from a big TV channel like Investigation Discovery or Lifetime.

    I believe Maria though, how long before that plan of action is actually put into place?

    • @goldengungirlz
      @goldengungirlz 5 лет назад +1

      @Monique Coker I dunno. I never met her. Never been in an abusive relationship like that with a small child to look out for. I have no idea the fear or intentions she had.

    • @goldengungirlz
      @goldengungirlz 5 лет назад +4

      @Monique Coker if it were that easy there would be no domestic dispute charges.

    • @goldengungirlz
      @goldengungirlz 5 лет назад +2

      @Monique Coker like I'd like to think I would too. But doing and should are different. Thousands of women lose their life to domestic abuse every day. I'm just saying, if it was that easy to leave.. you would think there would be less incidents.

    • @goldengungirlz
      @goldengungirlz 5 лет назад +3

      @Monique Coker I'm not going to argue with you about it. I'm just trying to be subjective. I've never had kids and never been an abusive relationship so I really can't speak on how hard it is and I'm not going to belittle the woman that lost their life to domestic abuse by calling the victims weak.
      I'm glad you're so strong, but not all women are and it's not their fault that someone beat them to death.

    • @goldengungirlz
      @goldengungirlz 5 лет назад +3

      @Monique Coker I do wish she had dealt with it differently. It's never fair that children are put in these situations.
      And I actually smiled when I read the comment about your mum. I'm proud of her despite just hearing about her and I'm so glad you're still around. How I wish Jodie's mum had the same drive as yours. But she didn't.
      I never meant to come across snappy, I just see it as more of a tragedy for both than anger over her not leaving.

    People's first job as parents is to protect their child/children from any harm and the fact that judith barsi's mom Maria dropped the charges against her abusive husband Jozsef and thus allowing the abuse to continue she failed her daughter and is just as responsible for her daughter's death as Jozsef was.

    So bascially her mother was more worried about the money than her daughter's life. She should've left when he threaten her daughter's life. Clearly the man was crazy. Advice if someone like her husband is abusive and threatens you and your children belive it before its to late.

    Here is a unpopular outlook. Yes, Judith was an innocent child who would be in her 40s now and when you walk by a 41 year old lady on the street, you don't see her as the child she was in 1988, but with Judith, this is the only memories and pictures of her , but she would now be a 41 year old middle aged woman. She died as a child so this is the only image of her instilled in our minds. . But to hate her father, and say for him to burn in hell, he had it tough growing up, real tough and this messes people up like you would not believe. Maybe if Judith had a chance to grow up and become a mom, from her messed up childhood, maybe she would had killed her kids or something and you would be sitting here telling the adult Judith to burn in hell, you don't know, we were all cute innocent kids at one time. but people get messed up from this crap. . People get messed up even by bullying never mind a very abusive home life. My mom 's dad would beat her mom and her, threaten them all the time. My mom couldn't even go into the fridge without asking, her father would punch her so hard she'd fly to the other room. Her mom was a drunk. My mom would see her mom getting beating all the time. and her father didn't believe in doctors, one time her mother was so ill she was dying from not getting treatment, my child mom had to drag her mother on a train or bus to get her medical help as her father said 'if she dies she dies" and than beat my mom for taking her mom to the hospital. and my mom was a CHILD. My mom was messed up from it, than her TWO failed marriages didn't help. I remember being 11 and because I didn't clean the up stairs bathroom good enough, my mom threatened to cut my head off, she had a big kitchen knife in her hands and I was scared, my sister just sat there and didn't say anything. and told me she hated me. I walked around in shock out side, that day and later she had company over, we were sitting eating and I wasn't talking to my mom and my mom says to the the guests "she just mad at me" I believe after that I stopped kissing her goodnight. Another time I was 7 and she told me I've been nothing but trouble since the day I was born because the placenta came before me and caused me some birth problems which stemmed into my childhood including mental developmental delays and some speech problems.... She couldn't maintain a good relationship with any of us kids, my sister moved out at 16 and never returned, my brother got messed up and distant from her but was closest to her the last few years of her life only because when my brother got out of prison, his parole officer told him he has to move away from his troubled friends and live with us and at first he wasn't close to her for a long long time and was mean to me at that time but later got close to her , the more my mom abandoned me because she couldn't control me, the closer ass kissing she got to my brother who in the past was mad at my brother, and the last several years of her life before she died of sepsis, me and her fought so bad, I developed bipolar and she would do things on purpose and than act all worried when shit went down and do things again and again. I almost committed suicide because of her.
    she would be a witch and than all worried mom and than a witch again. called me stupid bitch, slut, and other names when she couldn't control my entire life and it went like that, she knew she was causing me problems, but then would be hiding out about it and than worried and than abusive again, it was a cycle, the minute she couldn't control me which including taking my pay checks, only having one car (sharing a car) which was bs and driving me every where, embarrassing me waiting for me in the car or dropping me off and I was into my twenties but was dependent on her and had such low self esteem to break loose, and wouldn't let me get my own car and was a fight just to have the car and drive myself somewhere, one time a social worker came to the house and told me my mom is a sick woman.. and if she didn't like what I was doing to my looks, losing weight, wearing shorts and other things she would call me names and give me the silent treatment and constantly tried to live through me non stop and totally control me, she was a nightmare. two failed marriages, always angry , depressed, yelling, negative ...from the time I was 17 she was trying to get me into modeling or something to cash in on me, put me to work and took my pays, would tell me I looked plain and needed to put make up on and do my hair all stylish, and I looked like a 40 year old at 20 with the make up and crap . she messed with my mind so bad I started wearing long platinum wigs, dark make up and almost getting raped or thought I was much older with wigs and all that make up, young girls don't do that. but yet if I got super skinny or something she was mad, does not make sense, it's like she wanted me to be Marilyn Monroe. Marilyn Monroe died before I was born. It's like she only had pride through me . She was just not mentally well and messed me up too. So you have to dig deep and think, Josef was messed up because of what he has been through being bullied and an abusive household. People like this should not have kids. My mom should have not had kids. Maria had an apartment on the side lines, I think Josef found out and Maria was waiting for a check Judith was getting for 12 thousand dollars from screen actors guild, and waited for that check instead of getting her and Judith out of there. This COULD HAVE been Judith as a mom. Do you really think after everything Judith has been through and was already damaged she would have been a perfect sweet adult? and great to her kids? my mom is the perfect example. Josef suffered abuse.

      Dont victimize a murderer, he looked into that little girls beautiful face and pulled a trigger on her. There is no excuse for that monster of a man, I'm sorry. He was jealous of her fame because growing up he didnt have that and that's why he killed her.
      Also, to drive a man to that much, he definitely went through worse than what he did to her. As a child she wasnt processing it, so if the moved out like they were going to and she was to live with her mother, away from him, then yes I think she would be a happy girl to be away from those experiences she had. Everyone experiences trauma differently, and for her father, he turned to alcohol.

      Maya Angelou once said “You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them." Josef may have had a rough childhood, but that's no excuse for his actions. And if Judith got the help she needed, perhaps she could've tried to prevent that cycle from repeating.
      Not that it matters. She never had a chance so we'll never know.
