Yes Shovan u r right.. I’m struggling with migraine since the age of 10 still I haven’t got a permanent cure to it. I take pain killers and a good massage really helps me

Migraine happened to me when you stare at light for too long. Especially mobile can affect you when using it for 6 whole hours, it is reminded to use a low amount of mobile phone and achieve your goals or exercise. That made me better.

i’ve experienced migraines with aura since i was 12 years old i am 19 now and found that going to sleep in a dark place while having the aura will make the migraine go away. hope this helps !!

I would not wish this on my worst enemy. It hurts so much that I really really though I was gonna die to the pain it caused.
I had a migraine 2 years ago it was devastating. Then my father said there is a man in our village who can cure it i was like okay. That man said come at my house early in the morning before sun rays, so we went next day he was an old man he took me to the roof made me stand alone with holding the head from my hand then starts rising my shadow created and that old man pinched my shadow of head from a wooden stick where the pain was and then made a cut from knife on the shadow, and guess what within 4-5 hrs my pain vanished, I'm still get goosebumps how that thing happened, I search daily online that what he did but I never get a single clue online. Can someday tell if someone also got the treatment like this.

Currently on my 3rd day with a migraine. No meds work. I get all the symptoms. I have suffered with this since I'm 13. I'm now 30. I usually have 16 to 18 migraine a month. Currently want to rip my head off
Homeopathy medicine works. I had a migraine 3 days in the interval of 2 weeks. After taking homeopathy medicine it is reduced to once in 2-3 months for 3 days but not that intense and that too if I stress for something.
Hey sorry to know that you have such disease, but have you tried to figure out what's causing the migraine? May be gastrointestinal issues like acidity, gerd? Or food intolerance?
@prajju8114 typically it's certain types of foods that contribute which I really try to avoid. But it's also genetic. My mom, grandma ect all get them on my mothers side.

If you are stressing yourself lately then it's time you calm yourself, do some breathing exercises, go for a walk but not in the hot sun, may be early morning or evening when it's not too hot. Go to sleep early and if you are watching gadgets all night then try to limit the screen time. See if this works.
@@DayDay0622 my grandmother also had migraines and my mother too but my mother cured her migraines after doing a deep research. She found out that when she used to drink coffee, she couldn't digest certain plant based proteins like beans, grams. So she made sure to limit her coffee intake and now she is well and fine. You just need to figure out what lifestyle changes you can make to prevent your intensity.

This damn migraine hit my left eye and my left head very hard. I cant even sleep. Usually when migraine start hitting me, i just close my eyes and sleep, but this time it hit my left eye so bad i have to take medicine for that.

Migraines. New cure??
I have around three per year. A few days ago a Migraine started with the eye flashes as usual whilst I was driving. I pulled in to a layby and took two Ibuprofen as normal expecting that they would clear it up in the normal 30 odd minutes. At this time my hay fever was making my eyes sore so I immediately got out my battery operated two-pronged Red Light Therapy nose treatment and started the four minute cycle up my nose and within around a minute my left eye zig zags cleared and a couple of minutes later my right eye zig zags cleared also. No headache and no more Migraine.
This was too obvious not to associate the RLT with removing my Migraine as the Ibuprofen had not had nearly enough time to assist.
Make of this what you will but these little RLT machines can be sourced cheaply on line and, for me, replaced hay fever drugs completely a couple of decades ago with no side effects at all.
For my next Migraine I will try the RLT first to see of it works drug free, meantime why not try it yourself?

Omg I got out of the shower 🚿 around 9am and I could not leave my bed until around 1pm bc it felt horrible idk if like I was getting an aneurysm.
