Dennis Rivera do you even know the hell she’s been through? i mean 1. since she was 16 she had the media pressuring her and sexualizing her. gross. 2. other than princess diana, the paparazzi treated her the most horribly. i mean theres been herds of them around her and they publicized every aspect of her private life. they would even go as so low to follow her to gas station restrooms. (you can find videos of the way they treated her sadly) 3. she had a very public breakdown. since everyone was crawling on her back, she couldn’t help but breakdown in the public eye bc she was done with everyone’s sh*t. 4. during that time, she went through a divorce and lost custody of her kids which was out of her control since she was manipulated. 5. bc she was threatened to have her kids taken away she agreed to be put in a conservatorship bc of her breakdown (which is typically meant for those in comas btw) which was a whole scheme for her father to control her life and money. this has been going on for 11 years now, 11 years too many. she can’t spend her money how she wants, she can’t talk to whoever she wants, she can’t see her kids whenever she wants and she isn’t even allowed to vote. imagine your own father doing that to you all the whole spending your hard worked money on himself?
this is only what we know from a public eyes view. imagine what else has gone on in her private life. so i wouldn’t really compare the hell she’s been through. she’s been through enough.

Taylor, Ariana, Gaga, Dua, all of them are cool and are building their careers, but to be called ICONIC and LEGENDARY, you have to reach a really high level, and the last pop star who reached that was Britney. She is as big as Coca Cola or M&M’s, just like Michael, Madonna or Elvis, not just a performer but a worldwide brand, she’s larger than life.
I actually like Britney Spears XD She's one of the few American pop artists I listen to...I grew up with her (90s kid), and saw her craziness, but she's looking good now :) I don't know what it is, but...I would say I'm a fan. XD

And the fact that you even put quotes around the word Royalty is a subtle admittance that there is a clear definition and distinction between being a true Royal vs a Rich celebrity who have obsessed fans who want to PERCEIVE their idols as Royalty. Royalty has to do with blood lines related to family that reigns or once reigned over a region(s). i.e. Catherine the Dutchess of Cambridge. Being a diva does not make one Royalty or some mythological goddess which of course is simply subjective. And there are plenty of celebrities who are just as pretty or who are prettier then Britney. Sorry to burst your bubble.

+nerdherd72 I saw an interview with her on a British tv show called "Chatty man", she said she really doesn't like dressing and acting overly sexy because she is a mother of two little boys now and "it feels silly". I respect her for that, I heard somewhere that the whole breakdown was because she wanted out of the industry, but she signed "the deal", while she was young and naïve and didn't really realize she would literally be a slave to the industry for the rest of her life. I also read that the whole vegas deal is actually kind of like her punishment, I believe that is the reason when you watch her Vegas shows she's really not putting her all into it like she did years ago before the infamous head shaving incident. Did you know that when she shaved her head she claimed she did it because she didn't want people touching her or plugging things into her anymore?
