Loved the movie! MGK was absolutely fantastic as Tommy Lee. I think he and the guy who played Vince really nailed their roles. Everyone killed it, though!
They did do a good job but all you have to do is stand and watch Nikki Sixx that's all he has to do is stand there with his beautiful self

Also it's crazy how the actor of nikki sixx has a British accent but in the movie you can't even tell. They all fit the roles really well. When I first watched it I watched it without spoilers and without knowing who the actors were at first and I actually didn't know MGK was Tommy Lee until I researched it. He played as Tommy so well!
It's a fun movie and I enjoyed the hell out of it, but if it's the best one you've ever seen you should definitely broaden your horizons.

Well, it's not a lot if you compare it to somebody that has been in the industry as long as the band members from Mötley Crüe or Madonna, for that matter ... MGK is only 29. If you want to talk to someone that knows the business, ask someone like Ozzy Osbourne, who has been around the block a couple of times. I did not mean to be disrespectful and I don't think he was taken aback by it at all. He thanked me after the interview because he enjoyed it so much.

Best film I've seen in a while, dare I say better than Bohemian Rhapsody? Just because their partying was nuts and it had more laughs.

Even though musical biopics like The Dirt, Bohemian Rhapsody, and Rocketman aren’t the most beloved movies by a lot of people, I am really grateful for them because without Bohemian Rhapsody I probably wouldn’t be a guitarist now and would probably still be listening to rap and pop music instead of rock n roll. And without the dirt I wouldn’t be into Motley Crue.

You all need to see Daniel in The Punisher and 11.22.63. He is a very under rated actor, absolutely love him in all the work he has done and can't wait to see him in more projects. Iwan and MGK are real life musicians so that was awesome that they chose actors who are real life musicians to portray these iconic musicians. Douglas himself comes from a music background. The casting is brilliant, and I am sorry but I LOVED this movie a bit more then Bohemian Rhapsody and that's coming from a massive QUEEN fan. In The Dirt the casting director casted real life musicians to play the these legendary musicians. When you watch the movie, it feels more raw and authentic. MGK and Iwan know what it is like to be in front of a crowd playing shows, screaming fans and what goes on behind the scenes, both actors play different genre of music.
I love seeing Douglas & Iwan from the Uk next to MGK who’s from Ohio lmao. I’m also insulted she didn’t say anything about Iwan’s little indie music

Great interview... theses guys were great... up there with the actors in the Queen movie if not better... but I doubt if the R&R life style the Crue lived still exists today... Totally didferent world.. Gun Kelly was to quick to say yes.. I imagine sure there are still Groupies and parties.. but not to the extent that the Crue took it too... I can't imagine it. It was the 80's anything goes.. !
