Not working on my iPad. Whoever is responsible for this technology should know that everything should have an option to save every email as a file. I can’t print nor save a receipt. It’s just stuck in my email. I have no options to even convert it to a file to save.

Sounds really frustrating! I would try downloading or screenshotting the receipt on a desktop computer.

I ended up screenshotting a picture and used cropping and art apps to create a receipt. It was frustrating but it worked out.

I dont know how your iphone is setup by mine, as i go to the reply option, it only gives me 4 options. 1 Reply All, 2 Reply, 3 Forward, 4 Edit of View Recipients. So i dont know where i went wrong with my settings.

Make sure you have a single message and not a chain selected.

This is great but you lose your date and time stamp of the email. The date/time is set to when you saved to the File app.
