There is me thinking it was just a coincidence that they shared the same last name lol. Now I look at them, they do look like family. Let's play game. Pick two celebrities that most people didn't know where related to each other. I will start off with Brad Pitt and Barrack Obama who are second cousins. And another is Mariah Carey and Ashley Cole.

I had NO IDEA they were related but looking at them it’s like, duh.
I could honestly listen to them talk to each other for hours. I want all the memories, all the reminiscing, all of Louis's American accent.

I had never really even thought to even ask it never crossed my mind and for me when I see a name that's the same in acting or showbiz of any sort I usually go to the relatives thing right away but being that one American and ones British I just must've thought nah they're too far removed from each other to even remotely a make any connection , really surprised too that I've never heard anyone else mention it at all though

I had a similar incident to Justin re throwing rocks at cars - but I was about 5! My big brother and his friends were sitting at the edge of the road opposite our house, throwing stones across the road trying to get them in the drain. I turned up and asked what they were doing and they told me they were throwing stones at CARS as they went by to see what happened and that I should do the same. So being the naïve 5 year old I did. And to my credit I hit the first one (not bad for a 5 year old) but didn't break anything - it was only gravel. The driver screeched to a halt and asked who did it and where the person lived and they all pointed at me. I got in SO much trouble! If Louis read out my little story it would sound so much more interesting!

Let’s just remember the Hemsworths threw knives at each other’s heads... I filmed an Herpes STD ad including photos of my cousin and videos of his exes...spent a months allowance on movie theatre ad space when he and his then GF went to see The Hangover when it premiered in theatres. ( he put bleach lightener in my leave in conditioner. It took me 3 months to get my hair back to normal. 4 inches were burned from the chemicals and had to be cut off.) Let’s say it’s not the worst things I’ve heard or seen done.

I know and also because Theroux isn't a common surname. Louis's father is an American travel writer and novelist. His brother is a novelist and broadcaster, so Justin being an actor isn't really a surprise either.

I don't think so, they're just completely different as people and have lived completely different lives but both have of them have been really successful in their respective fields. One went into Hollywood and the other the BBC, so worlds apart really. I thought they seemed to have a good chemistry personally; it's a shame they haven't done more together.

I guess having some kind of privilege works when you've got money and a family that's solid in media. How do these documentaries work when your family is from a massive media house?
If you're implying that Louis can't make good docus due to familial ties to the media, then that's just preposterous. For one, his family isn't even really in charge of anything major. His cousin is in films, and his brother is a TV presenter - hardly "massive media house" is it? For two, even if Louis was the son of Rupert Murdoch, his work should still be judged on its own merit. If you have actually seen his work, you'd know that he largely focuses on social issues that transcends petty politics, and approaches all his interviews from an inherently humanist point of view that examines and sympathizes with the individuals. Even in his overtly political pieces he is more than fair and considerate towards his subjects.
People from rich families shouldn't be (reverse) discriminated due to their background, they should be judged as individuals just the same. Louis has done tremendous work and is, in my view, peerless in his field. And from what I've read, audiences everywhere agree.
