I enjoyed the flick even with all the absurdities in it. Priscilla Dean is superb...and to think she was big in the silent era and this was her last-but-one film. The chap who plays Bob is pretty good too...the relationship he had with his D.A. father is warm & sincere...

While I didn't particularly like this film I gave it athumb's up just to see George Chesebro veteran rough & tumble villain of at least 150 westerns as prim & proper valet.

She "loved him". Who needs that kind of love? Better to be single

Enjoyed that. Priscilla Dean was right for the part of a cheating cold hearted, mistress, wife, and mother. Cruella de Ville would have been a fitting name for her character.

I enjoyed watching this movie that I would consider it a crime movie instead of it being a thriller and the end of it was obvious who was the real killer.
    Thanks for the upload PizzaFlix.

I wonder if Eddie Nugent was related to Ted.🎸The title was misleading. It made it sound like a lot more footage would be inside the prison. Oh well.

A Very"cute" ending to a involved,"enduring" film! Well-Acted& the actress,Pricilla Dean,is an actress,I've not heard of till this movie.Ms.Dean seemed somewhat"out of place" in this role- too overly something? Good Movie, overall! Thank You,PizzaFlix4 Sharing it!

  • @aadamtx

I think the word "melodrama" was invented specifically for this film. Much of it is absurd, some of the acting is wooden (to put it mildly), and no one seems all that much bothered immediately by any of the occurrences.
