    Which future project can you spot in the video?

      I’m guessing the E32 since it’s behind the Volvo?

      That's a possible one!

    This was a cool series. This inspired me to buy a 2006 xc90. I did not pay $700, but $1200, and I followed your videos as mine had the same issues and she has been running strong for over a year now. Thanks!

    So I just did the mounts and that rear pad was a nightmare. The rest was easy though. Thank you for posting this video

      I'm glad it helped! The rear one was the hardest one for sure. I dropped the bolt a few times before getting it threaded in!

    Tanks for all good XC90 videos. I have one that is equal to your car. Its realy good reference. Have you replaced rear ABS sensor. That failed for me two days ago.

      Thanks for following along! I'm glad they were helpful.
      I didn't replace the rear ABS sensor (rear wheel speed sensor), but it should be fairly straightforward. It should be accessible with the rear wheel removed, behind the brake backing plate. It mounts in place with one bolt, and you'll have to follow the wiring up to the connector.

    Are you replacing it with another Volvo or a BMW? I have a friend that may be interested in buying it. I'll forward this video. Cheers

      The replacement isn't a Volvo or a BMW, but stay tuned to find out!

      It could help, but it depends on what's causing the vibrations.

    Good evening, I have a question I just bought 2013 xc90 but I noticed that when you turn on the fog light the low beam turn off. This is normal?

    • @frenchineer
      @frenchineer  4 месяца назад

      I read somewhere that in 2013, they're actually daytime running lights rather than fog lights, so if that's the case they would not stay on when the low beams are on. I'm not sure how to confirm that though.
