BMW X7 fuel door doent open

2019 BMW x7, the door fuel is stuck. It wont open. I had try push every where on the panel fuel door to get it's open but it's not work. It doent build in the Hatch to open the fuel door when it's got stuck like this.

Emergency door release in the truck compartment. Pull the green tab

Where is it in the X7? I looked for it and couldn’t find it. Can you take a picture to show?

I had a recent issue with a Turo-2012 BMW sedan 528i. There is a green emergency latch cord BUT it will snap off if you pull hard. I & the 528i owner got it open by pressing the unlock button/fob then pry the edge open. That opened it. ✔️ sometimes the BMW "actuator" part can wear out or break. This is why the fuel latch won't open.

BMW 🇩🇪 really needs to redo this fuel design. Engineer a int latch or button on floor like GM, Toyota, Hyundai 🚗.

The car has to be unlocked completely for it to open. My bf have a series 7. it’s the same thing.

The "actuator" part in the latch will break which holds the latch closed. There might be a green cord but if you yank hard it will break! ⚠️
