Here you have a man with several children who is trying to support his family. That man was viciously attacked by dogs while walking home to his family. The owner didn't secure his animals and the city allowed the owner to keep the dogs despite other complaints. It seems that no action was taken against the owner until this tragic event. I sincerely pray that the injured man's wife and children get a pi$$pot full of money. It won't bring the father back whole, but maybe, just maybe, other dog owners will be more cautious. My condolences to this poor man's family. May God be with them during this trying time.

They had had multiple tickets and the dogs had been taken away from them at least once for biting somebody. The wife was able to get them back from animal control. And there were still outstanding tickets, and even a warrant relating to the issues with these dogs. But nothing was done until they killed somebody.
The man died a few days ago and my prayers go out to the man and his family. The city and the owners of these dogs should feel this lady's pain in the pockets. Sorry, taxpayers of the city, but is what happens when elected city workers don't do the jobs that they told you that they would when asking for your votes.

I know a boy who was 4 that had to have his arm stitched back on. He went to pet the pit bull . Severed at the elbow . They were able to reattached it because the boy was so young and would heal . They shot the dog instantly . Gerald Missouri
