I was doing extra work on some show she was performing on and she was INCREDIBLE. Even the crew came out to watch her sing. During a break I told her how much I loved this song (I’m a black haired goth girl) and she said “really?” And then she Freaking HUGGED me. She’s amazing in every single way.

this woman was cheated out of her talent by her label... or it seems so. India belongs with the list of musical legends for her depth of soulful expression. Her ability to relay her emotional energy on a track and bring tangibility to something we are otherwise impossible to bear credential to is not fully appreciated.
Her vocals were not always solid on her live performances during her time. She didn't have a strong voice. It killed her even with her quality albums.

I am hurt that most the ears out there are promoting todays commercial, awful wanna be sound they are copy from the70's. i listen to the best of soul, classic rock, every genre and when i hear songs in this era, i've heard it b4. same beat, same chord structure,ugh..Most of today's music is shitty. although there are some great artist i follow. As men & women we go through so much especially when it comes to relationships, alota times the relationships are unequally yoked but we don't realize that until we've gone through it as individuals, so when God blesses us with someone who you just know fasho is meant to be in your life an continue to grow with you, we must not take advantage of that blessing.
