The video begins in Sydney, Australia as we board our Qantas 747-400ER. Once on board the scenic flight is captured from seat 1A in the first class cabin. As we taxi to the runway Captain John Dennis welcomes us aboard. The entire takeoff is captured complete with audio communication with the control tower. Once airbourne a brass band entertains as we make our way to the continent. We then fly over the Antarctica coast and the breathtaking beauty of the most remote place on Earth unfolds below us. At midnight we ring in the New Year as the band plays Auld Lang Syne.
It's like being in a world foreign to our own. The landscape and topography is just so beautiful, barren, desolate, untouched and foreign. It gives it a bit more of a mystique that you can't land, only fly over it. Like passing by planets in outer space. Awesome.

Why people arguing earth is flat when they are delivering these amazing performance and the scene is so beautiful?
I'm not a flat earther but I have given them the time of day, I thought it was worth mentioning that not all flat earthers believe there is an edge after some ice wall, many flat earthers point to old maps showing more continents and oceans and even admiral Baird talking of land and oceans beyond the south pole, there are also flat earthers who believe it is an infinite plane of ice, so until someone flies over Antarctica in a straight line to the other side you'll be winning no arguments with them. To be honest, I myself am a little shocked noone has done or at least provided real evidence its been done.
The Sun orbits the Earth bytheway.....If one should give credence to every hick argument on this planet.....we would be arguing till the cows came home......so one would rather spend the limited time we have on this planet with something useful.....

we would love to be able to travel to the edge and explore what lies beyond the wall of ice. UNF, the treaty that about 49 Nations signed doesn't make it easy or cheap for any private exploration. The military guard the boundaries and turn back any boats that come too close to the edge.

Flights from Sydney to Santiago skirt the coastline of Antarctica. There are regular flights from Australia to South America and Australia to South Africa.
This is mainly for flight enthusiasts, leisure travelers, and anyone that just wants to do something different for new years. This flight is meant to give a breathtaking view of one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. To people that have bought it, it meant a lot.

Every summer there are sightseeing flights over Antarctica leaving from Australia on Qantas, it only costs 2k. It's a 12 hour round trip. 4 hours to get there, 4 hours flying over Antarctica and 4 hours to get back
so this is your proof that the earth is round, a flight to nowhere, and yall want to laugh at flat earthers

So unless we all can fly down there and see it for our own eyes we will truly never know the real truth about our world or Antarctica will we? The no fly zone ( none military/scientists ) is a 1000 mile diameter circle around the actual south pole. Which also on google earth pro you can not see in that circle. Go look for yourself I have and couldn't see anything. Antarctica looks like a composites photos all placed in a circle to form this land on google earth pro and the globe. The United States Navy knows all about this world we live in. After all they ( US Navy ) mapped our world from sea to shining sea to all the locations of land masses the Navy wants us to know about. Why else would the south pacific be off limits to flights and sea travel. The world leaders signed a peace treaty on Antarctica back in the 50's. Look it up. To only use this land for science and education. Some countries have claimed some parts of Antarctica for themselves The United States isn't one of them. The US claimed another land mass for themselves called " Little America ". I'm sure you're asking yourself how does this guy know all this stuff? I researched and looked on the internet and read books on Antarctica and about our world.. It's all out there you just have to search for it. I'm a US Navy sailor I put in over 3.5 yrs sea duty and our world is flat. The only curve I've seen about our world was on a classroom globe and on a Go Pro . Got a experiment for ya, the next time you fly put your tray down and put your cell phone on the level / compass app and place your cell flat on the tray. Check the level and direction of flight through out your flight and take notes. If the earth was a globe you would see the aircraft correct itself to stay on flight path and follow the curve. But on a flat world the level hardly moved as the aircraft flew straight across, the only major movement of the level was during take off and landing.. I've done that experiment and guess what? the earth is a flat world. But don't take my word for it research it for yourself..

Something to consider to add fuel to the Flat -vs- Ball fire: though I can't be certain, one might assume that no one aboard that plane was considering flat earth and thus, were not attempting to focus on or take note of their location & direction. Furthermore, you have to acknowledge that, though there may be normal "civilian" people on this plane, it is STILL a *guided* tour. It is complete with a verbal lecture on what you're seeing as given by the stewardess who is also NOT focused on alternative theories but rather repeating the lines she always repeats concerning the same features she always sees. jeranism
As far as "evidence" for or against ball/flat, this DOES NOT prove either, since the video has been cut and edited in several places, and DOES NOT remain fixed in the window for the duration of the flight. There is no way to ascertain time between cuts, time not recorded, direction of flight, length of flight, etc. This would have to be dismissed in a court of law or is in the least speculative.

Flat Earth is IMBECILE for anyone living in the Southern Hemisphere.
For example, flights from São Paulo to Johanesburg are just 1000km longer than Johanesburg to Dubai. But in a Flat Earth map, the SPaulo-Johanesburg flight is 2-3 longer!
Plus everyone living in the southern hemisphere being able to see the Southern Cross while looking South, while on a flat earth map that would mean different directions.

Also, they fail to realize that while in the northern hemisphere as hours go by the stars revolve *counter-clockwise* around the northern celestial pole, other stars revolve *clockwise* around the south celestial pole as seen by billions of people in the southern hemisphere. But the flat earth idiots not only seem to have dropped out of grade school, they also must never have left their own back yard or they would not make such a huge omission in their "theory". And about the flights, some of those idiots go as far as saying that there are "no direct flights" between some of those points such as São Paulo and Johaneesburg. They argue that online purchasing "always" reports the flights as "unavailable" thus they automatically assume those are "fake" flights. But the idiots fail to see that the same distance anomaly occurs even with much shorter, much more frequent and densely booked flights. Take Perth-Sydney, for instance. It is a 4-hour flight but according to the 8000km+ distance portrayed on the "flat earth map" it should take over twice as long. I'd just *love* to see those idiots argue that Perth-Sydney flights are "fake" - but guess what happens every time I bring up this flight in the comments? This is the Andes, ( La cordillera de los Andes ) , not the Antartica, i have took flights many times over the Andes. This is a private flight of some people maybe payed to make believe that they flew over Antartica!
Interesting theory. The Andes are in South America. Which is approximately 8000 miles away from Sydney, Australia, the place from which we took off. It took us 4 hours to get there. That means our 747 was cruising along at about 2000 miles per hour. If you contact Boeing, I think you will find that is a bit above the specs for the aircraft.

I'd be interested in hearing how to explain the length of day and specifically the TIMING of dawn and dusk in South of Argentina, South Africa and New Zealand... Which on all the flat maps would have the greatest distances between them. (Yet they can see the same Southend stars like the Southend Cross... Which is not visible from Florida, Japan or India somewhere in the middle of a disk... But can be seen at the same time from OPPOSITE sides of a disk??? Explain :-)
The only photos are from isolated areas of the ice. Antarctica is not a roundish continent. It is the border of the flat disc.
