This gave me ideas for a giganto-hub attached to a treadmill motor I reclaimed. I learned I have to think of metal as a malleable substance, as long as you have the right tools. You, sir, have the right tools. Safety gear too. Safety gear is important.
I'm just getting started in making one. Snow blowers are unheard of where I live but I think I can do it with ditch witch track assembly. I believe I have the same motors. Mine are from invacare pronto R2
Hook up your puller and add pressure on on the hub ... Spray some blaster PB then apply some heat with a torch on it .. As soon as the heat builds add more up some of the Blaster PB.. Yes it will smoke some from Blaster burn off (open window) Less headache with using a grinder... that should be last resort.
