I am a 34 yo male doll enthusiast from Canada who was lucky as a young boy to have a family that supported me playing with dolls and would get them for me as gifts. Also, I absolutely love your videos. In fact, I will usually watch your videos before bed when a new one is released and they bring me great joy and comfort. You are so entertaining and just vibrant - thank you for being you and sharing yourself, and love of dolls, to the world! I have all of RH series 1 but no series 2 are showing up in stores in my part of the country yet so thanks for letting me live vicariously through you! Haha.
i appreciate u talking about the unrealistic expectations that men and boys face too. it’s really important and our fellas deserve to feel handsome and comfortable in their bodies and i hope we can have more conversations about it and we as a society get better at making them feel confident. same with women of course but men deserve it too for sure.

I really don’t see why most people hate on Colin. He’s not good with communication and he was immature with how he broke up with Skylar, but he can right those wrongs for sure. He didn’t do anything ‘Cancel’ worthy. I hope they give him more depth and growth. Definitely hope they give him a doll!
No, he knew he was doing something wrong and that's why he didn't want to be on camera because he didn't want to be exposed. From Skylar perspective he seemed to be treating her the same way as before, like his girlfriend, because he wanted to still be with her like that but he also wanted to enjoy the benefits of being single, he wanted the best of both worlds, and that's not ok, especially when you are not being clear about it and hurting other person feelings.

Krystal's bow comes off and snaps back on easily. It was made so she could wear it either way.

Real fast!!!! The Krystal hairband comes apart!! No sawing necessary! the bow part unclips from the band! Hope that helps
I'm interested to see if there will be a focus, sometime in the future, on a main group of characters, once all the dolls have been introduced. I'm kind of wondering if they will do a fashion show line. The focus characters in Tokyo, London, Paris etc like they did with Bratz. (I'm not into fashion dolls.... but this line has truly gotten my attention!!!)
Krystal's bunny ears are removeable, you can take them out from the hairband!

i LOVE Amaya's first outfit, and i am OBSESSED with Krystal, I haven't been able to find her yet -- but she is stunning to me! I love her color scheme! But my favorite has to be Bella, although i dislike the face shine on her. Also just my own opinion, I think that Bella wouldve looked amazing with dark brown eyes!

11:19 I would be excited about the Winx show but it just seems like a completely different show, the replaced character and it is not nearly as fun or colorful as the original it just seems gloomy. I'm going to watch it but I'll just pretend it has nothing to do with Winx and is just its own show.
From what I heard, it's seems like a pretty decent show. Just not faithful to the original cartoon which is unfortunate for any long time fans along with the controversial white washing of Flora and Musa. If people can separate the cartoon from the show I can see people enjoying it.
Yeah. I watched the first episode because I wanted to see what it was like and it was honestly just not written very well. It left me so confused most of the time

Amaya's hair is stupendous and sooooo much fun. Krystal is absolutely beautiful and she might just be my favorite for her color, style, outfit pieces, etc. Series 2 is just everything I wanted from a continuation of this amazing new series. HOWEVER I'll admit the quality control is a little inconsistent throughout the series and feels a little rushed into production, but overall a great series 2. Hoping they ease back on series 3 and allow more quality control so it doesn't a constant issue with the series because these dolls are everything I've wanted being a collector.
I'm 16 and at my school I see a lot of fit girls and ik I don't have that body and I agree we need more body types for males it's sad we see them as ripped even though not all males are like that I have a male friend who is not ripped but rather pudgy
Your the reason I have bought Rainbow High 🌈 I love your opinions it has made me think outside of the box about things. I have 3 kids who identity as the gender they were born as so I have not stopped to think about the parents who are in that situation, I appreciate the education!
My favorite from series 2 is Krystal... or maybe Kia, but since she's special edition I won't include her in my ranking, hehe. Favorite from series 1 is Poppy with Sunny a very close second!
Omg I wasn’t pumped for the Winx saga, but after watching it I really hope they make more seasons. Also I don’t think they will have transformations like the cartoon, but they do have a transformation, and it is still sorta satisfying to watch. Sorry for that small spoiler.
What about a chubby cute Culinary Arts Doll? She could not only be a great chef, she could be a super empathetic friend that listens to everyone on a level of guidance and deep understanding. She may even be a little bit psychic, such as guessing what her friends need to eat or drink to improve their moods, or help them focus or just have fun.

The "bunny ears" on Krystal's headband should pop off with a little work! At least mine had the bow part attached to the headband with pegs.
Stella and Amaya are my top two from series 2! Stella wins for me because of all the fuschia pink and that fluffy jacket! I changed my Stella to wear the 2nd skirt and shoes, but kept the socks.
I'm hoping they release fashion packs for the dolls. I really want Bella's pants outfit, and Poppy's metallic skirt as seen in later episodes!

Appreciate you pointing out dollmaker's obsession with putting Black/dark skin dolls in light colors for "contrast". Don't get me wrong, I love it but it does feel pretty lazy to see it done so much while the White/light skin dolls get the full spectrum of colors. Growing up I swear they used to always put Black dolls in purples and yellows which drove me crazy. Now they've branched out to pastels (which I do love) but didn't go much further lol. I'd love to see more fierce reds, dark greens, indigo, bubblegum/hot pinks, and even just straight-up black color schemes being used for dark-skinned dolls.
Amaya and River are my favourites and they will move in first, whenever they are available in Germany. ^^ Buuuttttt...in the end, they will all move in. My husband walked by while i was watching your videos and he asked..."Oh no, not more of them?" and i just had to say..."But look, how adorable they are!"

I love the aesthetic of Karma but overall Krystal with her fashion and aesthetic. For me it comes down to fashion and Krystal is one of the dolls where I like both fashions

Series 2 is really hard for me... i don’t really have a lot of room so I only want to pick out 2 from the collection... In series 1, it was super easy. I was immediately drawn to Ruby and Poppy, while the others left me a bit flat... their personalities from the show really solidified my choice too. For instance, I didn’t mind how Violet looked but then I saw the show and really found her insensitive and a bit shallow, which just killed her for me. Whereas, Ruby and Poppy, loved their personalities, loved their look, super easy decision.
Now series 2, I love how Karma and Stella look, and from what I’ve seen of Stella’s personality, I think I’m gonna like her... but I also like Kristal and then there’s River. I know I have to get the boy doll, (unless he shows up in the show and I don’t like him...). The only one I don’t like from the series 2 doll line is Amaya and it’s disappointing coz I’m liking her in the show, I just find her look in this doll version to be too much for my taste... there’s just too much going on for her and it makes my eyes hurt a little. In regards to Bella, love her doll, but like you, not really feeling her outfits... I like them and I love that MGA went with a classy look for her but I seem to be drawn more to the dolls who rock the casual, cool girl or cute girl vibe.
So, if I’m getting River, just because he’s the only boy doll, then that leaves one spot open that I have to choose between Stella, Karma and Kristal and I keep changing my mind. When they were first announced I was drawn to Karma, and if I’m honest, I still am, but I love pops of fuchsia, so Stella really catches my eye and Kristal rocks that casual look I like so much, plus, adds some diversity along with River next to Ruby and Poppy... you see my dilemma? 😩
Luckily, (in this case, normally this fact drives me crazy), I’m in Australia and it takes months before the new doll lines hit our shelves, so I’ll probably have a bit more time before I’m forced to decide. 😅

My favourites from Series 2 are Krystal and Stella (and I really like Kia, whatever category she is in), although I haven't seen any in person, since they aren't out in Canada. Yesterday I saw some cheer dolls just randomly on a shelf at Walmart, with no price, so hopefully Wave 2 is close behind. I also hope we get Krystal, because my area of Canada is almost entirely white (next would be Asian and Southeast-Asian). We have lots of Sunnys in the store, but I wonder it that darker skin tone will be an issue with whomever orders. Funny, I care more about the colour of the outfit than the colour of the skin.

hey, i have avery :) i would say that yes, the stuff fits her. the only things i have trouble with is the purple skirt , the jeans, and the suspended skirt. for the purple skirt and the jeans they fit, but the velcro with come undone if you make her sit, and for the suspender skirt there is an easy fix to getting it to fit. you just have to not put her leg divider in her legs, you just put it in the leg divider in the front.

Here for the stories, I love it. This is what makes you unique is that you talk about life and we are here for it. Also this doll, I would take that coat and it in a Barbie. I don't know what it is i just don't like big head dolls. I'm one of those collectors. I'm very very slowly coming around to rainbow high and only because of that larger doll her heels were everything.
Stella was my first RH doll to purchase and my 2nd was Amaya with blue hair so it was very interesting to see you pick one and honestly I would also pick my Stella. I recently styled AMAYA with the sequin skirt and the iridescent top, her rainbow socks and her simple yet gorgeous heels and a high ponytail & let me tell you she looks SEXY 😍 I love her but when I stare at my shelf, the one to always look at me so sweetly with her big clear blue sky eyes is STELLA ✨💖✨ in order of my current collection: Stella, Amaya, Cheer Sunny, Krystal, Karma, Ruby, Poppy & last was Bella. Just need Vi and Jade.

I love the introduction of Amaya and love her first doll, with the white and rainbow hair. However, I don’t like this series 2 version of her, at all. Stella was my favorite when series 2 was first leaked and she has stayed my favorite. I agree, that plastic bow, takes away from Krystals doll. I would think, a fabric bow, would be more cost effective than, plastic.

Im a Skylar fan. I love her hair. Krystal is second fave. Ruby third. Original ruby. And original Skylar. I like the thick waves and various shades of color. Although the crimped cheer squad Sunny looks great. Flocking the sides or River's head was attention to detail. He also looks male. That Rocker Boi OMG is simply Downtown BB with a dye job and bigger hands. I see River and he lookd boyish. Pretty and still boyish.

i would LOVE a a girl rainbow high doll with shorter hair. as much as i adore my short hair, there was a long period of time where i wanted longer hair, but could never grow it. idk why but my hair just can't grow past my shoulders, never has in my life. so it'd be super cool if there was a fully non traditional girl doll in the rh series.
I mean river makes the most sense for series 2 sense this was also Amaya series . Having her boyfriend In the set was a good choice . Especially sense Aden should be for a boys fashion trunk show .

Heyo! About that doll thing of yours, hey I’m Emma, I’m 16 and I’m writing a novel. The main character is straight and biologically male but dresses very feminine. He doesn’t go by his birth name but that’s for a much different reason. The story is about recovery from harmful things and how to properly cope with being...(younger people are in the comments so I don’t wanna directly say it) assault that involves...inappropriate behaviors that aren’t just violence or verbal harassment. Anyway just what you said made me think of that.

When the Dolls just came out I really hoped that some of the dolls would be in the LGBTQ+ community (ya know...RAINBOW🌈) and that one of the girl's would be more tomboyish and one of the boy's feminine💖it would bring so much Equality😍
