Could be an issue with the version of Excel that you are using, or one of those "I have no idea" kinds of things. I haven't had anyone else reporting that problem with regard to this spreadsheet.

In cell a22, you wrote 2017.19. what is the actual date for 2017.19? how do you calculate it in excel?
