I'm here, been diagnosed with breast cancer and I still don't know if it's metastasized. It's been a month since I've been diagnosed. I will say that today I'm feeling the best because I've given up my need to know everything. I've given up the illusion that I have control over my physical life. I can control my mindset, whether I stay in the dark for long or not, and I can control the hours of the day. I can control the food I eat, and how much added stress I give my body. Everything else, I'm just here for this ride. I'm here to see, taste, hear and live what is in front of me. I no longer have a clear vision of my future, and I no longer dwell on the past. BE HERE NOW. Thank you for sharing with us.
I just lost my husband of 20 years December13th unexpectedly to pneumonia. Previous to this he had lived for 30 years with the after effects of a traumatic brain injury. All the time we were together he literally never complained, continuing to live each day with a smile and acceptance. I see this same quality in you, and like my husband, you probably don't realize how many people you have touched! So God bless you and I wish you all good things in the coming year!
My mom passed from lung cancer back in 2007, and yes cancer is 100% unfair. Thinking about her, though, in relation to what you said about doing a little more than you think you can, I remembered that she was in a near-fatal accident that fractured her pelvis and wrecked her right leg, which she nearly lost. All during her physical therapy, she pushed herself to get stronger and increase her knee's range of motion. She wore a "Determined German" tee shirt (she was born a Kissinger) to lift her spirits, and her ultimate goal was to fully genuflect at mass. Once, she limped across the room without her cane and said, "Don't tell my doctor. He said I needed the cane for another two weeks." She surpassed her goal and taught aerobics until she was 60. Keep going!
Hi Dr. Dan. I'm going through my own cancer journey but it's been rough. I have bladder cancer and on top of it all I have 2 lumps in either side of my groin in the lymph nodes PLUS 3 nephrostomy bags! My left kidney is a duplex kidney. I had an 8 round treatment of chemo and the lumps shrank. They then put me on immunotherapy which is so painful, but I'm battling on. Watching other people who are going through cancer and how each person is coping is helping me get through this. Great that things are looking up for you! Awesome! It gives me inspiration.
Hey. I hope are recovering well. Can you please tell if there were any kind of tests done prior to immunotherapy? Like PDL1 etc? Doctors say that immunotherapy has only 4% chances to work. So I am looking for answers from people who have gone through it already.
I broke my leg, lost my job, lost Health care work dropped me instantly... so did not go to physical therapy because I was fired. Was out of work for 18 darn weeks healing ,jobless ,scared of my future
I don't really know you and you don't know me but I've never been so invested in a complete stranger as I am in you. I find myself hoping and wishing for you to beat the odds and when your videos pop up I can't wait to hear the latest good news. I truly believe somebody of your caliber is meant to be here on earth just to make it a little bit better. Good luck sir.
Doctor Dan, ignoring cancer does not prolong ones life. Unfortynatelly. What you show in your video is just a magic thinking. Does it help? Well, not on cancer.
I find it strange you chose to post this under neath my post. I don't believe that is what he said AT ALL. What he said is that people have choices on how they want to approach life and pain and even tragedy. I believe Dan has done everything right and what you call magic thinking i call FAITH and walking and living by faith absolutely prolongs life. No clue if Dan is a Christian or religious but the bible says that "without faith, it is impossible to please God" and also says that while faith is invisible (not seen) that same is "substance" and "evidence" and i believe the way Dan is living his life and the way he has responded to this very unfortunate circumstance, is pleasing to God and I'm praying for a miracle of total healing in his body. And if that healing doesn't take place same in no way negates the faith i see in his life. He has already defeated cancer by the way he lives. What a poor post you have made. @@fufurabumbacka
Dr., I completely understand what you are saying. I have a relatively rare neurological disease that causes pain24/7: Systemic RSD/CRPS (also known as the suicide disease). People who meet me have no idea that I’m disabled or in constant pain. I decided many years ago that disease wasn’t going to run my life. It could accompany me on life, but I’m in control. That shift in mindset not only made me feel better, but I received much better medical care because my attitude wasn’t pain driven (I’m not crabby and mean). I try to bring something positive to everyone that I meet. I may hurt, and yes, some days are better than others, but enjoy every minute of life that I have (I was given a 3 month terminal diagnosis in 1992). I’m at the helm of my life; my disease is just a passenger. Y’all have a blessed day!
Hi Dan, I sent you several non creepy love missiles like you requested 😂😂😂 and I'm walking with you even though I have tricompartmental degenerative arthritis in my right knee. I wish you were a knee expert too ha ha. Anyways I just wanted to tell you that anything in the plus column is a wonderful accomplishment as you already know. Plus those tumor markers are a huge positive at least from my experience as a nurse with my patients. Please try and stay on the bad drug even if you have to lower it to 1 from 1 1/2 as it sounds promising. I am so happy over the moon that you're staying positive and you're still here with us. Give us an update more often. I miss you my friend 🤗 until then I'll just 💣 you with ❤ missiles 😆
My sister was diagnosed with cancer so late. She went in to hospital in agony, and discovered she was riddled with tumors and cancers head to toe. They thought she would die within days or weeks. She lived 18 months my grandfather has cancer and a heart attack. He had smoked 2 packs of cigs a day and 3 when he retired. The doctor said if you don't stop smoking, you'll be dead in six months. He stopped smoking and lived another 10 years despite his terrible health. .. Into his 70s. Just because a doctor says you've only got 3 to 6 months, they don't know for sure the amount of time. A lot of cancer doctors I spoke to looking after my sister said attitude counts for a lot to extending life which is why they think she lived so long. They stopped treatment after six months and gave her a bit of chemo tabs and gave her the meds to stop her oestrogen. But she kept on going. Doctors were amazed she lived for 18 months after diagnosis. The number of times we were told she would die soon is crazy. She just kept on going.
I will be praying for you. I hope you have doctors who are highly skilled in this. A friend had this and has done amazingly well withe treatment at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Sending healing thoughts your way. 💛🙏🏼
I always say, love your life now not later because you don’t know how long you will live. Information will help you live longer so you make your best decision
I had missed this video. Needed this advice - trying to get back to being active after harsh lung cancer treatments. I can't do what I used to do but I can do some things! RIP Dr. Dan Forever grateful.
Man you are a champion of mental health. I try to do the same things you are doing on a daily basis, try to focus on the good things that are going on in my life, but it’s really hard to do. It’s inspiring that you are facing cancer and are still able to keep your spirits up and have a positive attitude. I’m guessing your message is helping a lot of people out there, including myself.
I love hearing this news. Prayers for continued wellness. I was diagnosed in May with colon cancer. Had surgery in June and so far PET a scans shows no growth. I do have a small tumor in a different area but it has not grown. I love watching your videos. I love your positivity!
Dr.. Dan keep up that positive attitude. When I was diagnosed with cancer my doctors told me a positive attitude is half the battle to beat cancer, they also told me to get outside and walk everyday during my treatments
You are a humane and articulate man who puts into words how we all feel. I appreciate your counsel and ideas and pray for wonderful news for you. Happy New Year 🎉
I lost my Da to cancer in 2020 and my Mom is facing a continuing battle as a type this. Thank you for sharing your experience and reflection on things that help. You are a shining light, Dr. Dan. Never forget that. You so very clearly genuinely care about the well being of all of us. Sending continued prayers to you and everyone here struggling. ❤
I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad, losing a parent is so hard and nothing can prepare you for it. I’ll be keeping you and your mom in my thoughts and I pray that she’s on her way to remission and better health❤
You have such amazing optimism. When I had cancer, I knew pretty soon into it that I was no match for it. I turned it over to God and asked for the opportunity to teach my daughters how to approach it with grace and faith. My mother died from BrC, then I had it and my four daughters all had the chance of being affected too! God is good. I recovered, it’s been 12.4 years, and all is well. Keep the faith and know you don’t walk alone. All the blessings for a healthy new year.
It's weird how invested i am in your survival, a guy that just randomly popped up my youtube feed. I very much hope treatment and fasting or whatever you do beats this dog shit disease. Also your cough has improved.
Great news Dan! I'm only 3 months into my stage 4 esophageal cancer diagnosis and chemo/immunotherapy cycles and came across your channel during my 2 month period in hospital. I was determined to be positive once diagnosed because I believe it has an influence on the body. I've had some pretty down periods and "interesting" side effects but you've been through way more than me. Your attitude has been inspirational for me and kinda reflects how I'm taking it. I too lost a lot of weight, just under 30% and mostly muscle mass but have also been challenging myself. I'll try to jump onboard the 1 mile challenge and the Dr Dan team from Perth Australia but won't be dealing with snow😂 Kind regards Paul
Love you Dan fuck cancer my wife is in the same boat stage 4 colen but we ain't fuckin done yet we will fight this. I can relate we get so mad. Sending warmth and love. You are a crusher. 🙏😇🙏
I'm planning to spend 2024 regaining my health. I pray you can as well. Your message today hit home with me. After being diagnosed with 3 different cancers this year, I just received the "cancer free" scan this week. I've known all along my cancers were very treatable and possibly curable so it was easier for me to stay positive through the surgery, chemo treatments, and radiation. I love the way you described feeling the prayers. It is so true. It's like they are coming at me from all directions from my friends, family and acquaintances. Prayers come your way, watch out!
I don't know how you do it. I suffer from anxiety (I know, minor compared to your health issues), and I'm fighting to kick it. I can only imagine fighting a cancer diagnosis. Absolutely amazing to watch.
Thank you for the great news, and I love how you are keeping your spirits up!! Your mindset is a very powerful thing. I will continue to pray for you Dr. Dan!!
My sister died from Leukemia, my other sister had breast cancer and survived, my mom had colon cancer twice and survived, my dad died from pancreatic cancer at 81, mom died of natural causes at 97... Cancer scares the hell out of me... You are a warrior... I pray for your good health... I am sure I will most likely pass from colon or pancreatic... I'm not sure I could handle it as well as you do... God Bless and keep fighting my friend...

You are so positive in a scary predicament. I have been watching Near Death Experience videos and they've helped me cope with death. You make me want to go for a walk or go to the beach and live life. I do not have cancer, but my Mom passed from Liver cancer, stage 4 hepatocellular carcinoma 1 month after diagnosis. Dan you look great! Sending you prayers and the very best wishes from London Uk for a fabulous 2024! I've had cancer twice so i understand a little- your attitude is outstanding!!!! I couldn't finish my chemo/radiotherapy for my second cancer due to toxicity. My Dr told me that I may have already achieved my personal therapeutic dose even though according to the info available, I hadn't. I'm 8 years on from the second cancer and 13 yrs in from the first! I'm 63 now and have had the joy of becoming a grandmother. I'm so hopeful for you!!!
I want a shirt like yours. You’ve been through such a tough time as compared to my multiple myeloma. Yes, I’ve had radiation, induction and a stem cell transplant. Yet I’ve always been told that although not curable… it’s treatable. Your attitude is so encouraging to me. I look forward to your videos not just to catch up on how you are, but to allow some of your positive attitude to rub off on me. God bless you. Nope we can’t force cancer to do what we want. But we can control our response. Baby steps, I like this
I am glad to stumble on your channel--your attitude and honesty transcends the heaviness you are going through. Praying for you and grateful you are sharing your battle with transparent honesty.
Oh Dan, this is such a joy to see. I'm so happy to see your smiling face! I agree with Cosmos Mariner. This life is fleeting for all, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord!! Eternal life begins at salvation, and there is NOTHING that can keep you from that if you believe and receive him! Love you! Matt and Dahee.

It's only when my Oncologist tells me that my Cea numbers are up and my Petscan shows that my Cancer has spread do i feel defeated. But i know i must continue to have hope that I'll get better. You give me hope after hearing you didn't have ling to live to still being here and as positive as ever. Ive been battling stage 4 colon cancer for over a yr. Ive been told after this last round of Immunotherapy i may have to start clinical trial soon. I pray that God grants me more time here on Earth. Thank you for being so positive, i know at times its hard to be. I wish the best for you. My prayers go out to you
Dan, I have so much respect for you. I am also an end stage rectal cancer patient and I wish you every success in beating this horrible disease. My oncologist estimated that without another round of chemo I might have 6 months to a year and that with maybe 2. Knowing the side effects I made the decision, in consultation with my family to not do chemo but live the best life I could in my remaining time. This is not saying I gave up but instead decided I would no longer fight the cancer but instead do everything I could to assist my body to fight off the cancer for as long as it could. That was 11 months ago, my health is still pretty good and fortunately my cancer has not progressed as fast as they thought it would. You are in my prayers brother. Be well.

I was diagnosed with Stage IV Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2007. I have now been in remission since 2008. I am so grateful and I thank my Lord for carrying me through it. I am so inspired with you and your amazing outlook on your life, your treatment and your kindness. I will keep you in my daily prayers. Once you beat your cancer I hope you will consider becoming a motivational speaker for cancer patients. You speak so well and almost always have a smile on your face. My markers have gone from 500 up to 3440 in a month. But oncologist said it's not a definitive measure of what's going on. Next blood test will give a better understanding and CT scan will show it. Love your attitude. I'm the same and people are astounded how I cope with a terminal diagnosis. I just say we are ALL dying, just some of us have a more specific timeline!
My oncologist said I could wait til after the holidays to start my treatment. I have CML-N. I was so excited when she said that because I didn't want to be sick through Christmas. Now, jumping forward...Happy New Year to you! You are a breath of fresh air! You have been so helpful to me. I am so scared for this journey ahead!! When the ball dropped, I looked at everyone excited for the New Year. My heart dropped when they asked me what my resolutions were for this year. I have so many but they are all around my cancer. I just want to get through each day with a smile on my face, make others smile and not have a difficult time doing it. I want to thank you and let you know that I am praying for you! You are an inspiration to so many! I know you have been to me! I will try to do the activity challenge! We Got This!! Happy New Year! 🎉❤ I love your shirt!!!!

How do you know if the lump is a lymph node or a inguinal hernia
I broke my leg, lost my job, lost Health care work dropped me instantly... so did not go to physical therapy because I was fired. Was out of work for 18 darn weeks healing ,jobless ,scared of my future
I don't really know you and you don't know me but I've never been so invested in a complete stranger as I am in you. I find myself hoping and wishing for you to beat the odds and when your videos pop up I can't wait to hear the latest good news. I truly believe somebody of your caliber is meant to be here on earth just to make it a little bit better. Good luck sir.
TRUTH!
Blessings Dan. No matter what happens, you have already beat cancer!
I love it!! ❤
@@fufurabumbackawrong. Take a lesson from him in attitude of gratitude, you may need it one day.
FACTS
I will remember, "Start where you start." Very good advice for many aspects of life.
That's amazing !!! That's exactly right-- don't claim that diagnosis bc they are not infallible.
Respect!!! ❤
RIP Dr. Dan 😢
I’m rooting for you, Dan!!!
Thank you!! ❤
Great news, Dan. I have class 2 ocular melanoma and was given a terrible prognosis of 3 years. Im only 47. You help me have hope. Thank you!
🙏🏾
You got this Chris. Happy healthy new year!🎉
Sending you healing and blessings your way. ❤
I will be praying for you. I hope you have doctors who are highly skilled in this. A friend had this and has done amazingly well withe treatment at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Sending healing thoughts your way. 💛🙏🏼
How did they find that if you don’t mind telling?
I always say, love your life now not later because you don’t know how long you will live. Information will help you live longer so you make your best decision
I had missed this video. Needed this advice - trying to get back to being active after harsh lung cancer treatments. I can't do what I used to do but I can do some things!
RIP Dr. Dan
Forever grateful.
Dan, may you and all gathered here have a blessed 2024!
Like first, then the video.
All of us are with you!
Anyone wondering why God made the Internet should watch your vids. You help so many people in so many ways. Praying for you Sir.
Blessings to you.🙏
🙏❤️
💛🙏🏼💛🙏🏼
We all need to pray for each other.
Dr.. Dan keep up that positive attitude. When I was diagnosed with cancer my doctors told me a positive attitude is half the battle to beat cancer, they also told me to get outside and walk everyday during my treatments
You got this Doc. Not even worried. When I look at you I don't see a dying man whatsoever. Keep kicking cancers ass!
So sorry for your loss, I can relate (unfortunately). Sending all the best wishes and energies for 2024 to you. Let's make the best out of it!
@@khenzy2023 Thank you so much! That is so kind!
@@Vestu Thank you so much and the same to you!

Your attitude and approach to illness is most remarkable - You are a positive force and I find this content inspiring
Love missiles, lol. I'm stealing that for an unrelated topic.
I'll try to jump onboard the 1 mile challenge and the Dr Dan team from Perth Australia but won't be dealing with snow😂
Kind regards
Paul
So sorry to hear about that. What were your symptoms?
Keep your positivity. It really makes a difference! I'm a stage 4 Melanoma patient in remission. Hope your cancer stabilizes fast. Always have hope. ❤
Love you Dan fuck cancer my wife is in the same boat stage 4 colen but we ain't fuckin done yet we will fight this. I can relate we get so mad. Sending warmth and love. You are a crusher. 🙏😇🙏
I have stage 4 rectal, pray for good health
I joined your team . My brother passed away from colon cancer and I have been fighting it . Your attitude is amazing. Sending you all the best .
I’m sorry to hear of your loss. Wishing you all the best in your future.
Looking forward to you having a blessed and cancer free 2024 🎉
I'm planning to spend 2024 regaining my health. I pray you can as well. Your message today hit home with me. After being diagnosed with 3 different cancers this year, I just received the "cancer free" scan this week. I've known all along my cancers were very treatable and possibly curable so it was easier for me to stay positive through the surgery, chemo treatments, and radiation. I love the way you described feeling the prayers. It is so true. It's like they are coming at me from all directions from my friends, family and acquaintances. Prayers come your way, watch out!
Congrats! Have a terrific 2024!
I am so happy for you.
Dan!!
Are you the one that prayed for me?
You must be an amazing physician. Good thoughts your way.
Joined your team! Let's go 2024🎉🎉🎉🎉 ❤❤❤❤
My sister died from Leukemia, my other sister had breast cancer and survived, my mom had colon cancer twice and survived, my dad died from pancreatic cancer at 81, mom died of natural causes at 97... Cancer scares the hell out of me... You are a warrior... I pray for your good health... I am sure I will most likely pass from colon or pancreatic... I'm not sure I could handle it as well as you do... God Bless and keep fighting my friend...
Dr. Dan... you are simply amazing. You will never know how much hope you've given to so many people. Ive battled chronic illness for 25 years and you inspire me every time i watch your videos. I am praying for you ❤
same here 30 yrs of fibro and chronic fatigue syndrome. No death sentance but its tuff and wish could join a walk miss walking so much. I agree the mind is our most positive force to fight anything we have, so go Dan you and your strong mind can beat this deamon. It keeps me going.
Cancer IS UNFAIR. Nobody deserves this. I will pray and continue to pray for your health. *God, give Dan the strength to get through this winter challenge, and lead him to treatments that will cure his cancer. Please help heal him. AMEN*
You are an excellent example of courage...I love your shirt too❤😊
Great video! I am 12 days post op- and feeling positive. Net cancer - liver x7 spots removed. Signed up for the challenge! I need a goal to get out and move! Happy new year!
Fabulous news about the markers. Still keeping you in my prayers ❤
Just joined your team! and launched some more prayer missiles from Bakersfield California!!
A true healer and decent person. Fk cancer, my wife has it and is the most wonderful person I've come across in this world. Subbed.
All the best to you in the New Year.
“Woe is Not me” Great t shirt for you Dr. Dan!
Amazing great news!
Baby steps, I like this
Just signed up and joined your team Dr. Dan! I'll be running a mile a day in January!

I am so happy you are back, I was worried about you. Because I have breast cancer too. I was wandering what happen to you. I glade you are still kicking it.
Blessings to you.🙏🙏
You Dr Dan give me hope that my Cancer will one day be forever eliminated! For the most part i have a very positive attitude. My prayers go out to you
Wow fantastic news dan.sending healing and hugs from bonnie Scotland xx
Be well.
So happy to see you doing so well!!! You helped me remember to live each day to the fullest!! Happy New Year!!
That makes me happy ❤
You present yourself as an incredibly strong , intelligent while being “ matter of fact” about your situation …
You have an amazing outlook and an extremely articulated attitude.
( That might sound weird, but I am so impressed by you ! )
I think you are motivating and encouraging to others while reaping the benefit of this outlook your self.
( I just don’t think my words are making much sense , and I apologize for that ) ..
Thank you for every bit of your insight.
You have made a lasting impression on me which I will never forget.
Your spirit is incredible and infectious.
I am a 68 year registered nurse and I applaud you for your candor and friendliness in this post.
I send you positive thoughts and I want you to know that you have already made my spirit rise , too !
And I love your shirt as well … I want to do the winter challenge too !!

Hey, Dr. Dan! It's so great to see you always. These updates are so appreciated. Oh, also, I have my fixable back plan. 🙌I haven't started yet, but I will soon. I threw my back out last year out of nowhere, and I've been terrified to have that happen again ever since. So I'm hopeful for this program. This will mean So much to So many! Thank you sir!
Ohhhhh! I can't wait to hear how you do with it! If you ever have questions, just reach out to me. You can leave comments on each of the videos and I'll answer 😊

Dr Dan you are looking great !! ♥️♥️♥️ ftom London UK
I love your T shirt!
It’s part of the attitude. I remember having watched a video where some researchers on new paradigms treating cancer on children discovered that telling then to visualice they were fighting cancer while playing some kind of game pac-man style helped A LOT! They really believed were fighting it and they did it!!
You look and sound amazing, Dr! I’m so thankful to hear you’re doing so well on this protocol. Looking forward to hearing more good news from you in 2024! Many of us are praying and cheering you on! Sending many blessings and positivity your way.
My physical experience that nearly took my physical life began a journey within (Clean the inside of the cup - Quote from Christ). We're spiritual beings in a physical experience, and I believe that we're to prepare for the next journey while here. I'm blown away as I uncover more of what Christ was really saying. He is/was ONE of the few that could "handle the Truth." God bless you, Dan, as you walk this journey. I pray that He gives you the key to every door, the answer to every question. ❤️🙏❤️
Thank you so much for sharing! I was diagnosed with colorectal in July. I’m so grateful to hear your story, and am so inspired by you!! Hang in there!!! You are a rockstar!!! ❤

I am so happy you posted! Your experience is teaching so many people how to truly live life no matter what one is facing. Thank you so much! Praying and cheering for you! - Belinda
Have you tried to drink medicinal mushroom tea. It’s wonderful to help with after effects of chemo. Turkey tail is the best for this. Do some research on it. Praying for your healing.
You are a handsome guy who looks fitter, healthier and more vibrant than most people. Your discipline and self care pays off. You just wouldn't guess your situation at all. I truly believe good things are ahead for you. I wish you all the best
YES! THAT'S THE ATTITUDE TO HAVE. LOOK FORWARD TO THE FUTURE. THINK POSITIVELY. THINK TO YOURSELF, "I'M REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING THIS OR THAT". GREAT NEWS AND THE BEST NEW YEAR YOU'VE EVER HAD!!!!
Hi Dan. I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a great and healthy 2024!
I have been following you for 2-3 months now. I am a cancer survivor.
I really think you could be a great source for them and a comfort. Dan, May the Lord bless you and keep you and your physicians in his loving care. ❤
Amen Dr.Dan!!!🙌🏻🙏🙌🏻🙏 🙌🏻🙏 We have been praying for you!!! May GOD continue to heal you and your positive energy help others!! Happy New Year!!🎊 ❤🙏
Are you the one who prayed for me as well?
My markers have gone from 500 up to 3440 in a month. But oncologist said it's not a definitive measure of what's going on. Next blood test will give a better understanding and CT scan will show it. Love your attitude. I'm the same and people are astounded how I cope with a terminal diagnosis. I just say we are ALL dying, just some of us have a more specific timeline!
You are awesome! Stay strong
I love your shirt!!!!
