Excellent video! I'm in the middle of trying to do all of my uni essays and applying for teacher training at the same time and have no time to do anything else and it has made me think!

I am amazed the presenter cites a book 'overwhelmed' without giving the author and nothing in the comments section. I wish to purchase and read the book.

I think people have try to be more productive in their lives, being Split hairs in what need to succeed, rather than seeking their main goals. Great video

Been saying this for years. I am always dumbfounded when I ask "how are you?" to always be barked at "really busy". Why is it some sort of status symbol to "be busy" especially in a workplace environment, does just being OK and not busy mean you are a bad worker, or just a good one who can manage their time and workload properly?
To me always being busy whether it be at work or not doesn't give you much time to focus on the essential question, are you actually happy? Maybe that's what everyone is trying to be busy to avoid?

Maybe we should be asking that penultimate question more often.

A certain amount of lazy-ness and refusal to be worked into the ground - goes a long way.

Agreed, but how?? We all have become intellectually void Mammons quivering in the same tick box prescribed in the text book supported by mainstream media. Lady gaga gets half a billion hit yet your most fantastic presentation struggles under 50K!!
