Needless to say I maxed my push-ups because I was forever dropping. I never understood what he said when he was yelling at me. I was putting on smiling restriction because I was so tickled. I LOVE the same way my black women talk with accents! The both of you are so beautiful...I was once scolded by a Jamaican woman because she was talking on the phone in patois and I was seriously in a trance staring at her. Once I sincerely apologized and explained my reason she laughed and we talked for hours...well she talked mostly because she knew I loved hearing her voice and accent.
When I swore in, I’m not sure where the CPT was from but instead of “the officers APPOINTED over me” she said “officers APPRINTED over me. It confused us and we had to start over.
I can watch/listen to this all day . I like both prononciations but Jamaican girl is super funny with her attitude 🤣 she reminds me of Zoe Saldaña in Avatar with her in your face attitude...
