Flip was two-footed, all three spins were super slow and the combination and layback were both pretty weak overall. I think Markova is probably the only skater I'd have put behind her that finished ahead.
Really? I thought her layback was one of the better ones of the field. This was definitely a skate order/reputation thing because Markova, Liashenko, Kajas and Rechnio all placed ahead of her with mistakes.
I feel that she skated like a contender here.
