- Growing up I went to a lot of Disney parks. In fact, I went to all 6 parks in the U.S so today I rank all of these incredible parks from worst to best. (water parks not included)

I love EPCOT because almost all of their rides I would consider top tier dark rides. It's quality over quantity. Also, when I was there, I got the vibe that it was 3 areas. There was the world showcase, future area, and then a nature area, which is where Nemo and those rides are. I actually thought they fit in quite well
The maps used to consider the whole front half "Future World", but Disney's current Epcot makeover plans make what you perceived explicit and divide it into "World Discovery" (the east third with the space-and-technology-related stuff), "World Celebration" (the middle, with whatever they end up putting there) and "World Nature" (the west third, with The Seas and The Land).
i think the outdatedness of future world is what makes it great. It reminds me of the 80’s era that i never lived through

I think the biggest reason Disneyland is the top park is that it still has the charm of Walt Disney and I don't mean just because it has The Big e ticket rides but it has rides like Casey Junior train and storybook canals which was designed as two rides at intertwined with each other it's a unique experience only found at Disneyland and shows the true charm and design of the 1955 studio artists.
Hollywood Studios went from the worst park, to literally the best park in just 5-8 years. It’s insane to see that change!
And that’s pretty sad considering they only have 9 rides. It’s still my least favorite at WDW, and I think it really needs a better layout, a few more rides, and a WATER ride. It gets too dang hot here in Florida to not have one.
A water ride would actually be a perfect fit!
I’d argue like only 2 years tbh. visited last month, absolutely hands down best Disney park I’ve been to.
It's still not that good of a park overall though. The only thing keeping it from just being a half-day park is the ludicrous waits for rise of the resistance

I’ve only been to Disneyland CA and California Adventure. I love both parks and I find Disneyland better than California Adventure. Disneyland is so good that it makes California Adventure look like a bad park but in reality it’s just an underrated park. It’s just a bummer that California is an expensive place to live because California really has some amazing parks. Especially in Southern California.
I live in SoCal and it's a dream. I live within 2 hours of SF Magic Mountain/Hurricane Harbor, Knott's, Disneyland/California Adventure, Universal Hollywood, SeaWorld, and Legoland
I live 20 mins away from disneyland. I live about an hour and a half from universal Hollywood and magic mountain. Also 30 mins from knotts
Magic and Hollywood and animal are better then Disney land.

I think Epcot will raise a spot or two when Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind opens. Theme Park Hunting did a video on this ride, and it looks really good.
Yeah once that opens it'll give epcot a really strong top three which will probably boost it over at least animal kingdom. Throw ratatouille in there and it might also top California Adventure

@@MattMcIrvin Yeah. In real life, there are little touches that make it great. For example, when Remy opens the Champagne bottle at the end, you feel water, or when you're under an oven, you can feel the heat. And there are lots of smells, + the vehicles make little shaking movements to simulate the running of the rat you're in.
They are splitting up Future World in the revamp. World Discovery, World Celebration and World Nature. Also some good food to be found in Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavillion
Never been to Epcot but would you prefer a Futureworld-type park that's extremely unoptimistic and realistic? Oh boy I can't wait to go to the Employment Rate coaster where it drops around the 2000s era

I am a SoCal resident so Disneyland is my true home Theme Park it’s so magical! Walt Disney truly knocked it out of the park “no pun intended” with all of the attractions at the park! Even though Disneyland maybe the smaller park then Disney World that doesn’t make it the worst, but if thrill and roller coasters are all you want Six Flags Magic Mountain is just an hour down the road! Thank u for this awesome video I totally love it and agree!!! ❤️u Coastoons
An hour? Maybe without downtown LA traffic lol. Leave first thing in the morning, before sunrise I guess, and wait out park opening at the Tommy's right next to the Six Flags. :P

California Adventure went from a California themed park in California, to Disney's IP dumping ground. How does 1930s Hollywood fit in with modernistic Avengers Land? How does that fit it with a Route 66 Cars Town? And then there's just a Pixar dump where one of the best lands in the park used to be.
yeah you really aren’t wrong. they did basically fuck up the entire point which was duh, a california adventure. i still think the rides are amazing though, and it still has top notch theming
I get that some people would be like "but Disneyland has a 1900s main street next to a Fairytale village" and yeah, I get that, but at least Disneyland didn't market itself as California condensed into one day

great ranking, I agree with the number 1 spot I go there often since it's only a 30-minute drive luckily and it never disappoints me.

As someone who lives in Southern California and have been going to California adventure it’s has changed so much over the last 10 years. It’s gone from a park about California and other things it turned into pixar themed one now with a splash of marvel

Disney wouldn't have sponsored rides? I agree it seem seems tacky now, but when Disneyland opened, pretty much everything that wasn't a Disney IP was sponsored with a World's Fair style model. One of the attractions was a "modern kitchen" sponsored by an appliance manufacturer.
Future World at EPCOT was the last park to do that and went all-in as Disney was running out of money building it. Animal Kingdom is when that trend ended for the US parks. Once you've got sponsors paying to maintain your rides, why give that money up?
Yeah, the original Epcot sponsorship model was basically the original Tomorrowland model writ large. The idea was that you could stay ahead of the present by having the corporate partners foot the bill to update rides. But it didn't really work, for the most part, because most of the sponsors eventually bailed. The result was that the Tomorrowlands have always had a bit of a problem avoiding seeming dated, and huge chunks of Epcot Future World ended up looking like a sad dead shopping mall.
Personally: I have an irrational attachment to pie-in-the-sky futurism that makes me say I don't care, I love this stuff anyway. But with Epcot the problem got particularly extreme. Disney was in the middle of trying to fix it when COVID whacked them hard.
Going to the UK part of epcot and finding that they named the fish and chip stall after the town next to mine made it my own personal number 1 😂
Yeah Hollywood Studios is definitely the best WDW park. It has Disney's most thrilling ride (Rock n' Roller Coaster)

I was never able to go to the rides at Hollywood studios because I got sick after my first ride, which was the star wars one, and I have never gotten sick from a ride EVER, so I never got a chance for it...

I think a lot fo your complaints about the theming of DCA is that the park wasn't well recieved when it opened and they've spent almost 20 years tweaking the park and lands. Even Guardians is technically explained on why it is just plopped in the middle of the park.
All that being said, you're still right and they could've maybe planned a little better in how they fixed the park.
As for Magic at #3, do you think Tron (even though it's also a clone) will help?
okay so i cannot comment on dlr... but the wdw list is spot on. dhs is my favorite park is always will be. rise, tot, rrc, mmrr... the list goes on. just so many good rides. great video :) also idk if you are into minecraft or anything but there are a few java servers that have recreated wdw and dlr. its pretty cool!

Animal Kingdom (with the exception of Dinoland USA) is the best Disney World park because of the coherent theming. This park feels like you’ve left the US and straight into Africa and Asia. You walk around the park and there is a vibe throughout the entire thing that is unlike the other Disney world parks. Hollywood studios is basically just Star Wars the park. They have Galaxy’s Edge, Star Wars Launch Bay, and Star Tours. All are completely separate.

There was a giant space building in hollywood land because it used to be hollywoods tower of terror until they redecorated it to guardians of the galaxy and its not like you can move a giant building. but atleast we have the classic one at florida.

ALSO i think magic kingdom is the best out of like the ones in florida cause i have an obsession with the princesses and whatever and it's kinda nostalgic but hollywood studios is definitely the best if it's based on rides. tower of terror was also my favorite ride, and wow these videos r like listening to u rant LMAOO (they're fun to watch). anyways onto the next video instead of studying!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Epcot is wonderful if you're in the mood. World showcase is awesome and Living with the Land is unironically a top 5 Disney ride for me. But it's a park for chilling out and drinking around the world. Not for its admittedly mediocre ride selection

I am guess you live in California and that partially explains your love of Disneyland...I’m not saying you are wrong about making it #1 just a guess that you are somewhere in CA. Also i love how you edit your audio so that you are speaking fast non-stop. No other channel that I watch puts so much effort into the narration. Probably for the lack of original video content, but still i feel its your superpower. And finally your swearing/bleeping in this video was amazing loved it and it actually like turned me on. @@Coastoons I believe it was last weeks. I made a comment because it had to do with mask usage. I try to stay out of debates but I just had to make a comment. With 3000-4000 people dying per day from it, It’s far from over. I know it ruined a lot of fun. It definitely screwed up all my 2020 vacation plans but people close to me have died and i just reacted because I really do enjoy your videos on several levels. Content, production value, humor, freshness. You did reply to my comment last week and I appreciate it and thought let’s just focus on the humor you bring in this hard time. So thank you for that. So one last piece of advice. Always reply to comments. I’m sure it’s work, but it means a lot to those that take the time to watch subscribe and comment.

I will say this for the Magic Kingdom, it was originally built to build the Disneyland Walt couldn’t build in the limited space of Anaheim.

I'm really into the natural world and conservation so I absolutely LOVE Animal Kingdom! It's the closest thing America has to Tokyo DisneySea. Pandora, Harambe, and Anandapur are some of the most immersive theme park lands ever made! Animal Kingdom also has the most depth out of the US Disney parks since it was mainly designed by one imagineer Joe Rhode. Plus Dinosaur is a great dark ride.
I had a really hard time deciding whether Hollywood Studios or California Adventure was better.
The only reason I put EPCOT last was because it's a construction zone right now.

My favourite is Disney's California adventure.
I went on the Everest ride, space mountain, and a lot of the popular ones. Everest was absolutely horrifying probably the scariest ride I’ve been on

I have a personal vendetta against Animal Kingdom for 2 reasons: 1. Dinoland USA is quite possibly the worst land in any Disney park and 2. There is zero shade, on scorching summer days, it is impossible to avoid sun burn. The rides are still good though!
The guardians ride used to be the tower of terror which fit in with the theme. I enjoy the guardians ride, but it’s theme doesn’t fit with the area it’s in.

My favorite of them all is Disney's California Adventure followed by Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, Disney's Animal Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Keep in mind that I haven't been to a Disney park since 2016 so my opinion could change after future visits.

Epcot isnt that bad but its more of a date night park with all the fine dining and (for the most part) tame experiences.
Epcot World Showcase is the part of Disney World with the most adult appeal, aside from maybe bits of Disney Springs. Part of that is its identity as the Drunkest Place On Property. The constant festivals also contribute.

The biggest problem with Tomorrowland areas are unfortunately making their way into every Disney addition because the fact is in a few decades people won’t care about Star Wars or avatar or cars and I think in most cases Disney doesn’t do a good enough job with galaxies edge and the like to make it immersive if you don’t already know the story. When I went to universal the wizarding world made me like Harry Potter and I don’t like Jurassic park/ world or superheroes but I really loved hulk and Spider-Man and velocicoaster was okay but forceless however when I was in pandora I found it not very good the forced perspective of the far off floating mountains was off si I never having seen the movie thought they where supposed to be grass covered floating rocks and while I haven’t been due to having to go home early galaxies edge doesn’t look very compelling either
Kinda surprised you said that future world doesn’t have good food when Garden Grill might just be the best restaurant in all of Disney World.

I actually think Hollywood Studios is one of the weaker parks. Not because of the rides, but because the park lacks the Disney Magic. Asphalt, no trees, lack of entertainment. Just my opinion.
Epcot has an identity crisis, they don’t really know what they are, like they have future world, but there’s also Tomorrowland at MK, and like you said about Nemo? What is that
*I'm really sorry for ranting here, I just need to let some feelings out*
I hate that they want to make Epcot more "Disney". Epcot was fine without the IP, though a little outdated, the park was supposed to be a place of originality and creativity. Now it's just "DISNEY DISNEY DISNEY! CHARACTERS HERE, MOVIE PROPERTIES THERE, THIS PARK IS OWNEE BY DISNEY!" Just because a park is owned by Disney doesn't mean you have to shoehorn your intellectual properties into places where they don't fit. Ratatouille makes sense because it's in France. Nemo doesn't make sense with the vision of the future, and even with the new Moana Joruney of Water, that doesn't make sense in Future World OR World Celebration!
Movie characters and places should stay in the Castle and Movie parks. Disney IP makes sense in Disneyland and Hollywood Studios, because those are places to celebrate Disney Movie Magic. They don't make sense in parks like Epcot and DCA, which were supposed to show you the wonder of the world and its cultures and, yes, even California. The original plans for DCA was to be a romanticized, love letter to the state that Disneyland calls home. Of course before the budget cuts came. And even now, Marvel and Pixar are taking over the park! Paradise Pier has been destroyed and turned into the trash pile garbage land Pixar Pier. And Marvel doesn't make sense right next to a 1920s LA that Walt first entered.
Keep the IPs in the parks and lands where they make sense, and don't replace good and beloved attractions just to make way for IP based ones. Maelstrom was a great ride, and Frozen Ever After is just a meh ride. People liked the original Space Mountain, we don't want Hyperspace Mountain anymore! You have Galaxy's Edge!

You mentioned cmon sponships are not Disney, its a six flags thing. Just so yo know. Since opening day of Disneyland, attractions have been sponsored at Disney parks.
It's truly crazy how many rides are packed into Disneyland.....that's one of the things I still don't like about Disney World, there's only 3-4 A-List attraction in each park but friggin Disneyland has at least 8-9 🤷🏽♂️ just regurgitating the video 😅
Yup it's nuts. Theres only two parks in the California but those two parks (especially Disney) pack in as much if not more quality than all of Disney world.

I kinda disagree with magic kingdom because in 2022 it feels very outdated, but it is still a decent park. If you haven’t been, then you probably should go to magic kingdom if you go to Walt Disney World but you should go to all the theme parks there
