As simple as it seem, thanks for explaining why you moved the machine away from you ("the bobbin thread will grow") when you were ready to cut thread at the end of the row. I see people do this but I wasn't sure why. But now let me ask you this, when you go to start again what happens to the "long" bobbin thread? Will it be hanging down under the quilt?
I mixed up the sections of my video a bit! The circle was at the end! Ahhhh, such is life, right? I can't wait to see how my editing skills improve after 40+ FMQ videos this year!
love this - you are a great teacher
The sweep to pull up the bobbin is genius! Thanks for a great video!
Glad it was helpful!
this is the greatest tutorial I've seen for beginning longarm quilting Im a newbie Thank you Stephanie Looking forward to all of your tutorials
Thanks for giving me permission to not be perfect! I think your quilting is beautiful.
Are you still doing long arm tutorials? I really enjoyed this one. The way you explained starts & stops made sense to me. Thank you!

Benette McNeill Yes! It will hang down and you can trim it later when you take the quilt off the frame.
@@TheQuiltersPlanner Or you can stop and pull it up and trim it off from the quilt top
Thank you!❤️

Can this be done on a domestic machine?
