Any tips for the install on the fireman's pole? The instructions have you just place the bottom of the pole on the ground when you screw the beam into the frame, but the next step says to bury the bottom of the pole a few inches into the ground. I'm thinking I need to take the beam back off and drive the pole into the ground, and then reattach, but I'm afraid that the new screw holes will be too close to the old and it won't be sturdy.
Mine came with a metal plate with two U-type anchors that will secure the fireman pole in place. The fireman pole might warble a little bit but it won’t go anywhere. I didn’t bury the pole into ground.
Any chance you can tell me how far the slide (big twist one) comes out from the main structure. Working around trees. Thanks!

So I've had this for like 2 years live in Arizona, it blew over in a strong wind! Beware
How has this held up over time?
So far so good. No issues. Might paint a bit in summer just for better protection.
