Patrick the Picker here - My wife Amber and I, along with our twin sons, go to garage sales, estate sales and thrift stores looking for things we can purchase to sell online for a profit. We sell on Ebay, Amazon FBA and Facebook Marketplace.
We are only part time, so this is part of our reseller side hustle. 2022 has been a great year for sales!

There was so much stuff but my favorite thing was the plush doll thing at 11:20. Very unique looking haha.

Definitely appreciate the walk-thru! For prices, we found it was too time-consuming to put prices on the small stuff and we would have to raise prices so I decided to mark bigger items like furniture or the odd thing when time permitted. For the most part, everything is priced so resellers can come in and buy a lot of stuff and make a profit. And also for regular customers to come in and get things they need. For 90% of what we sell we are around half the price of what goodwill or other thrift stores/flea markets sell for. Also that was only one floor! There is another whole floor with all the big stuff!

I stop here every weekend after tag and estate sales. Never been in there early like that. I have found a few bose systems there and some great toys. Gota dig in boxes, bags and under stuff where no one else looks. Also, the Small and Light program for FBA switched to items under 11.99 now! Cant wait for spring!

@@PatrickthePicker in 1 month what a difference, they now check every single item, give an ebay price, and then say they will just sell it on ebay after I spent over an hour poking around and finding decent items. I wont be going back anymore. It used to be great!

I would be going nuts looking through all those weird old widgets in the electronics room… was that a tube tester on the ground level 2:25
I went back and looked at the footage and I can't honestly tell. I think I could have spent a TON of time in that room researching every interesting item
