- A skort for all the girlies who didn’t grow up to become ballerinas but still wanna feel like one. (Ahem, me)
My obsession with ballerinas begins with their ability to look so graceful and effortless while executing some of the most difficult (nearly gravity defying) movements the human body can perform. The STRENGTH that comes with this craft is not often talked about, but seriously, the muscle control one has to have to be a ballerina is other worldly to be. MAJOR RESPECT.
I wanted to design something that embodied the essence of a ballerina…cuz whether or not you’re on stage, don’t you wanna feel like the nexus of strength and grace in your everyday life? I do!!
This is the 🩰Juliet Wrap Skort🩰 and I am 5’5” wearing small! It comes in XXS to 3X and is very true to size! I love her so much and I hope you do too!

Im a dancer often told what I do isn’t a sport and I need to find one so hearing you dedicate and really appreciate this made me feel so warm!! Thank you for what you say and creating this

Dance is one of the most difficult sport for the body. I say this because I’m a figure skater, and I think people say this because ballet isn’t an Olympic sport (but breakdance is now ?!). People who are jealous are certainly footballers 😂

@@Jennywalkerlovesherdaughterballet teachers need to be able to see your hips and legs, so the shorts part of the skort would violate a lot of dress codes. at my school, for instance, we wear just our tights and leopard at barre but for center can add a sheer wrap skirt. the shorts are opaque, so they wouldn't be allowed
@@silverrraven5349 this would be perfect for my ballet exam. As I am a mature student there is not as much strictness on dress code.

Please make a longer version for those who prefer a more modest look - knee or a little above ankle length!!!! Something to wear to the office or on a date without exposing too much! It's so pretty!!!!
I think a longer version would look frumpy and I don't see how a longer version will work with exercising because if you kneel, the skort would get stuck under the knee.

I love that you design exercise skorts! They are perfect for social dancing, especially Latin nights - those dance sessions can get so sweaty, & the sweat-wicking workout fabric is awesome, while still being sexier & flirtier than wearing tights - thank you! Keep ‘em coming ❤
yes, I do ballroom dances and for Latin dances I like to wear dresses but I need to be secure with shorts underneath, I really want to try some Popflex designs ❤

Yes longer-- falling lower on the thighs of someone with long, long muscular legs-- but the under-short part can stay a bit higher. Otherwise, it is only wearable on a stage or as a beach wrap.

Omg thank you Ima but it and use it for ballet class especially when I help teach the babies it’ll make it so much easier because sometimes the normal ballet wraps are so like weird and uncomfortable and it sucks when they come undoneeee!!! Love ya work keep it up girly!

This is such a cute design concept. ❤ My first thought when I saw the layers wrapping held up by the bow was how well that holds up. I am afraid that the bow will loosen up and throughout the day you'd have to keep adjusting it. 😅

I’m 6’1 and prefer a bit more coverage - are the bigger sizes longer or just proportionally bigger?
I'm short at 5' but am considering sizing up a bit if the bigger sizes are longer because it's just a bit too short for me 😭
