I am trying to figure out a good warm-up and stretch routine. I am really timid about how to prep so that I don't injure myself (already have an ankle and wrist injury) so I will try ordering some bands :)

Yess bands are super super helpful!! I’ve just posted a stretching routine for lower body that could be really helpful!! And I’ll plan to film a warm up routine as well :)

I think it should be a must have in any gym.
