My 3 habits are: 1. Waking up early(5:30 am) 2. Exercising 3. Meditation My 3 supporters will be: 1. My mother 2. My brother 3. My sister in law. I'll come back here after 90 days or before when I'll master over these habits and would be able to make them a part of my life just like breathing. Really great video! This came at the right time today because I had just stop working on my habits two days ago. After my accident 2 years ago; I struggle with nerve damage in my right hand. A few days ago, I tried doing at least 8 habits to master but failed shortly after day 10. This would happen every month. Watching your video made me realize my mistake. I was cramming too many habits into my goals. Now I'm going to write a list of all of my habits I want to break or make and I'll come back here to list the 3 habits I want to master. Thank you for this message and I feel everyone should take a look at your video ❤️☺️
I am basically average Adam irl 🤧 But one thing I noticed is that when my goal has a due date ... I become ultra Pro max productive .. 😃so planning by placing a clear cut due date ... Is what produced a major change .. I guess And thanks to ur videos .. I have reached my dream clg ... Thanks Keshav 🤧✌️

1. Walking 45000 steps
2. Yoga of 3 hours
3. Keeping my social media usage less than 2 hours
