A PTC element will balance itself, because the resistance changes with the temperature. Usually about 260-270 degrees celsius. If a lower temperature is needed, there needs to be some kind of control loop using a sensor and a means of switching the PTC on and off.
LahisTech - on your youtube homepage it says that your location is Australia yet this electrical socket plug 7:25 is not for Australian electrical sockets, so why did you list your location as being Australia when you clearly don't live in Australia ?
That thing gets hot AF - His cheapo room temperature sensor is just rated up to 100°C. I can tell you it's gonna work! Just the missing PE (Protective Earth) makes me uncomfortable, so I suggest adding one by screwing it between the plate and one of the feet to prevent accidents!

Sorry but I have a couple of questions.
1. Can't you do it with a regular hot plate?
2. Why would you want to remove the LEDs in the first place?🤔
This is dangerous! You need ground.
Neutral line is grounded from MCB.

100 degrees is definitely not enough to remove the leds, it should be 400 degrees
