Beautiful property!!! Thanks for allowing us to explore with you!! With so many hills and streams having a couple of those springs developed one day might be very beneficial. Not for sure on the expense up front but as you already know, you can never have too much fresh water. Your goats would love foraging down the hillsides to your creek. Just a beautiful place to call home!! Stay safe!!🙏❤

Just found your channel. What area of Arkansas are you located. I follow some more channels from Arkansas up around the Booneville area. Not far from Magazine mountain. One couple are from AZ. and have been there about 3 years on 40 acres. Where they are building they can see Magazine mountain in their back yard. There are several families that are new to Arkansas from other states that are building homesteads. There is "Simple Life Reclaimed", "Country Road Cure". "Our Mountain Home". "C'mon Homestead". "Drifting Dreamers 5". There are more also
