You've got to get to building something to protect your animals from the rains, cause it's going to get much cooler later on in the year. If you can't get a roof up on the buck shelter, put a waterproof tarp over it for now.

I lived I Arkansas from 2006 to 2012. I couldn't deal with the humidity. One year we lost our pond levee to 7 inches of rain in 12 hours. Housing is crucial for livestock there...on highest spot possible. Wishing you luck.
