    I love wiggle 2 I use it all the time for secondary motion along with simplicage but I definitely don't fully understand most of the options and the documentation isn't very clear. This helps and should be included on the product page. The only improvement to the video was if you spent a little more time illustrating what each value change affects visually.

    i just put preroll 337 it works wondewrs after bake. ! :D it made it seamless without editing idk what that preroll does but it works.

    This is AMAZING.... if you know about that character animation software called Cascadeur, this addon is extremely similar to that but based right inside of Blender! And easier to use

      I know Cascdeur, that is an amazing software, I didn’t use it to solve cloth ever, but I will try. Thanks for sharing!

      @@ArtTech-uk8nt Cascadeur doesn't do cloth. On another note, I just tried Wiggle 2 for character's rig to very quickly add satisfying realism and weight to their movements (it can make bad animation look pretty good). However, whenever you click to Render Animation Blender 4.0 closes/crashes. Every time.

    bro i havent found any way to perform properly wiggles on necklace/circular shapes bones. For example a chain that start from your pocket and goes to the back part of your pants. The reason is the last bone need to be parented to its previous in order to keep a good chain references. I tried to constraints the last bone of the chain with copy location/transform to simulate that hanging effect from both sides but it doesnt work. Do u have any idea to achieve these kind of effects?. I saw some people uses soft physics but i wonder if we can do it with wiggle bones.

      {}[], to the right of P on the keyboard, you can hold shift to add selection bones.

    it works for fbx? i mean bake the movement to a DEF bone?

      2ways: 1. Usually physical calculation is performed after the animation is completed. Just like the running animation in this video, I exported the fbx file containing only def bones, then set up wiggle settings and baked the movement.
      2. Set up wiggle settings to your controllers bone, then Bake animation when exporting. I guess you work in game production, maybe you should check out tutorials about Rigify animation exporting to game engine.

    Idk what you did before to make the collision work for the hair not to pass through the body. I selected my character's body and the hair still passing through the body. Is there something more that you didn't explain because I did everything shown in this video and its still not working which is wild to me

      Sorry to hear this. 1. Make sure hair and body are separated. 2. Collision is set for each bone of hair. 3. You can Increase the radius of collision objects.

      @@ArtTech-uk8nt I figured it out. It was due to another addon I used to create the hair bones added for simulation inside the addon, it had its own colliders even though I used Wiggle Bones for the hair simulation It would not work outside the addon, the simulation's collisions worked inside the other addon altogether so I did not need Wiggle Bones at all.

      Yes,that’s why the simulation should be baked before exporting.

    HINT: if you can't install just move file 'wiggle_2.py' to folder with addons 'C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\4.1\scripts\addons'

      They are all good, but the reason I chose WiggleBone is because of its loop physics. It is easy to work with loop animation.

    oh my this tutorial should not exist, no way i'm doing that manipulation over multiple iterations or on a real production, very sad since it's a great tool otherwise, i hope an update will fix that!

      Sorry for the late reply. Select your bone in object mode,in the Data panle on the right( the icon is a running man),under Viewport Display/Dispaly As: you can choose the shape.

    this addon flat out doesn't work for me. no matter what setting I try, the bones stretch and bounce all over the place incredibly erratically, to the point of where in one frame the chain will be in one direction, then in the next frame the entire chain does a 180. Im using blender 4.0, and it must be broken with newer releases of blender

      @@ArtTech-uk8nt nah, still does not work well at all. I figured out how to make the chains less erratic, but now they wont respond to the orientation of parent bones.
      Like for example i have one wiggle bone parented off a characters arm, but whenever the arm is not in the default direction, the bone will point in a completely random direction and wont acknowledge gravity at all. And this is with collision turned off. turning off constraints does nothing to fix the problem either.
      So far, this addon has been useless to me

      what if u connected the wiggle bones to another bone thats parented to the arm? you can really move the wiggle bones manually so you gotta have one bone that isnt affected
