- Filling up the Carsair 3.23 ERTs in a group with my guy Ramrot in his Hornet and then his Taurus. Managed to get some good loot in there ERT missions. Handed all in safely and made 1.25mill in about an hour. We could have made more if we didn't let some ships blow up on planet surfaces. In the next vid ill show my biggest find yet in 3.23. Couple tips:
1. when dealing with big ERT targets it's often better to use the lag pip, so that u can target the side of the ship/shield that u want and so take the target down faster.
2. if u struggle with tracking your target in the sluggish Corsair, turn on the gimbals, it actually helps quite a bit. In a small, nimble ship there is no need for that.
3. use the power management triangle to get more out of your guns/shield/boost.
Thanks for the tips 👍 I’ve tried the lag pip and can’t seem to get my head around it, I just aim at the ship and ignore the pip right? I used to use gimbals all the time by pressing G but now it doesn’t seem to do anything like it used to. Also I have to use the power triangle a lot, without it I wouldn’t be able to stay in the fights, shield regen and guns I mainly use in combat 👍
@@SC-Vinchenz-lh9gi I have keybinds set to easily switch between lead/lag pip, depending on the target. The way lag pip works is where u position the pip is where your shots will land. So on a big ship, u focus for example the rear and break it's rear shield and hull, so no wasted shots on other parts of the ship.
As for gimbals, yes the new system is a bit weird, but basically puts the movement control of the guns to you. I think you can see it from the Corsairs cockpit, when you move your mouse so move your cannons. And they do move faster than your ship, so makes the target tracking easier.

You’re only using 4/6 weapons you have. Your left click is set to firing only the first group. You can set it to fire all weapons.
Also you hit “R” to target specific areas on the enemy ship. Alt+R to go back to normal. And you don’t have to be in precision mode to do it.
Awesome thanks for the tips on targeting 👍 I will try that in my next battle! Regarding firing the 4/6 weapons, I have them set separately in my VKB trigger. Soft press/full press and normally try to fire 4 until empty mag and then use the 2 wing weapons to keep the enemy shield from regening while the other 4 M7As recharge. Didn’t know you could set them all to 1 button though 👍 thanks for the tip!
Remember you can change your FOV and also change the MFD layout. Also, power management currently should be all power to weapons for maximum shots and recharge, maximum to shields for shields hardening and faster recharge or boost for slower boost drain and faster recharge. There are no buffs for putting small amounts of power in any of these categories.
I see right thanks. I have been putting all the way to weapons and shields a lot recently in this patch as it seems useless half way like you mention. Just wasn’t 100% sure. 👍
Good video, I am in a process of grinding back to ERT's...can you tell me did you have any luck with Weevil Egs and drug related cargo with VHRT bounty missions or they can be found only in ERT missions now? Keep up with good videos!
Hey, even the my bounty hunter rep seemed to have vanished when 3.23 was released, after doing the evaluations, VHRTs and ERTs just showed up again with no grinding. Did a few VHRTs and only found a bit of loot. Mainly Quantanium. Didn’t see many drugs in VHRTs. Then when I started the ERTs the drugs were back in the cargo holds. Seem to be getting slightly better drops now since the big nerf in 3.22. 16 Scu Eggs is my best find so far in one ship.
Thanks, then I need to continue to grind until ERT's...I did almost 50 missions just to unlock VHRT...who knows how much I will need to do until unlocking ERT's again. Stay safe in the Verse and may the force be with you!
They’re available from atleast MRTs, I can confirm I found 3scu in a 325a and on a Reddit post I made about all of the enemy npc ships that carry cargo several people have also said they’ve found it in mrts
@@Revster yeah, will be doing video about MRT's...325, Titans and Reliant Kore have Weewil Eggs inside. HRT and VHRT don't have Eggs...only MRT and ERT missions.
@@LORDV4DERONP1LLS I just had another mrt with 2scu of weevil eggs from a kore today while grinding to get vhrts, sadly my game crashed just after I threw on my Taurus cargo grid and closed the bay
Thats so sad to watch, i did around 10 ert yesterday and hours of ert today . The max load was 400k , how you guys always get so good loot
Pressing the external button for the cargo lifts on the connies should open the lift all the way
That button usually never works when Connie is soft death. Even when you go to bridge and get in pilot seat and open all doors it usually doesn’t respond. Taurus is my daily driver so I know how it should work, but it rarely does when in soft death state. We did try all buttons before we unloaded. Rarely it works and most of the time it doesn’t for me.
I close then reopen when the elevator is stuck from pilot seat , works all thentime
Gotta give it a bit since it is a lot lot slower , or try a few times , till now never had an issue daily bounty hunting constellations

Ye I agree but having to restock them constantly gets a bit annoying, especially when half the planet landing areas don’t repair the ships properly. Sometimes I have to hop to multiple landing areas just to get the repair to work. So I like to stick with lasers. 👍
Hey, how do you do the missions and reputation. Haven't played bounty in a long time so what do you got to do and which contracts do you need to do?
In the bounty section you have to do the evaluation missions that you pay for. Then you start with LRTs for a while until rep reaches next level, then another evaluation mission to unlock the next level of missions MRTs and so on until you unlock the top tier ERTs. My favourite place to do it is around Crusader 👌👍

I think it was Alt right mouse but if not try ctrl or shift with right mouse. That was the first time I ever saw it myself 😂 Guy on coms told me how to do it 👍
You figure out how to sub target components?
Yeah I believe there are two ways:
1. Target enemy ship then press R to cycle between options
2. Target enemy ship then press Right Alt and Right Click, it should zoom in and you can see the components on the ship, just point and shoot and the guidance system will take care of the rest

Is this a viable money maker solo in a c1 spirit?
ERTs in a C1 is a bit difficult i think. Up to HRT is doable.

Why u have 6 weapons on ur ship ? u shoot only with 4...lol
I try save the wing ones for in between reloads to keep shield from going up on enemy ship. Have a soft press and hard press on my 🕹️ trigger.
How the hell are you actually getting good loot lol. Whenever I run ERT's all they have is scrap and other garbage materials.
There is usually the odd few boxes of valuable cargo in most ERTs I find. Minimum 100k cargo is lowest I have gotten so far on an ERT.
@@SC-Vinchenz-lh9gi Man I think the most valuable loot I find in ERT's is like, 30 SCU of iron lol.
Repairing in a station with drugs in the cargo bay isn't a great idea. Mining facilities are way better to avoid police scanning.

I noticed that you can quantum away before they have the chance to scan you.
@@alexc9434 in 3.23 you don’t always have the time to realize you’re being scanned, because of the bad servers state, you can find yourself at Klescher without even knowing what happened.
