I have one of these pedals.. absolutely superb quality… it sounds exactly like my old fender amp. Although the settings are incredibly sensitive… once you get the hang of it great tones can be achieved. 🙌👍🙌
Agreed! The Joyo version is less touchy, but basically the same.
I don’t have this but I have the Joyo AS and it’s amazing…….I run it through a Fender champion 100 and I’ve fooled many a soundman into thinking I had a vintage Fender tube amp….It’s that good…..I keep bass, mids, and treble at 12 o’clock, the level around 2 o’clock, the voice and gain at around 10 o’clock and hit it with a Pigtronix micro compressor, an OCD, and a Catalinbread Naga Viper…..I couldn’t imagine playing without it at this point.

Recorded with the Joyo American yesterday. It works and saves time when doing demos. Get fancy later with mics and Princetons if you can get a better result.
The California Sound has a great clean sound as well. It's a little cooler sounding than the American Sound one but I actually prefer it. The issue is it distorts very quickly when you turn up the voice or gain above 9 o'clock.
The California Sound is more of a Mesa Boogie sound, while this pedal strives to emulate the Fender tone.

Cool review mate...I have a Marshall JCM900 combo...if I plug this pedal in front of my amp can I make it sound more like a Fender amp? thanks
You would get a better result by going from the pedal output into your FX return, bypassing the 900’s preamp. If you do go into the front of the amp, set the 900 as clean as possible.

You can. You can also go direct into a PA - no guitar amp or plug in before your amp. Experiment!
