Camcorder Comparisons Old and New

I take a look at our three home video cameras, one from 1992, a Panasonic NV-G3B VHS-C camcorder, a 2002 Sony Handycam DCR-TRV325E Digital 8 camcorder and finally a 2014 Sony Handycam HDR-PJ530E 1080P HD camcorder which I use for all my standard RUclips videos.

Guess I missed out on all the fun of the old tape camcorders, even though I was already in my mid twenties when the first camcorder appeared on the market. Indeed, I would have had very little use for a camcorder until 2011, when I discovered that my little Samsung camera, which could only manage 720p video as an additional feature, but which could cope with 32gb micro SD cards, could capture UFO activity. As RUclips permitted me to publish that information, I finally had a use for video. Things moved on from that.
