  • Gao Ji-Wu shifu started to practice martial arts with his father, Gao Zi-Ying [himself a disciple of the masters Gao Wen-Cheng and Guo Gu-Min], at the age of 7. Since then, he never stopped. Today he is 77, and still devotes himself every day to pass down the traditional art of bagua zhang to future generations.

      You can contact Tom Bisio at New York Internal Arts, he teaches Gao system, and has taken several groups to China to train with Gao.
      Tom is well versed in the internal arts, and his application will amaze you.

    Majority of TMA now are just for showing and demo. Nice to see but useless on fights. The fighting art is lost.
