How is it construction wise? The SL60w build quality ain't the best but it does a great job...
Pretty solid. It's a plastic brick basically. I am sure it can survive a few drops.
I have this light. And I know that you left out the fact that you can turn the fan OFF on the Ninja 300. So, while you're shooting, you can have the fan off and then turn it back on to cool off the light in between shooting.
Thanks for watching! Yeah being able to turn off the fan is definitely important. I also found that it runs cool if you keep it under 50 percent. The light is super strong too do 50 percent is pretty good

Well you can turn fan off! There is a silent mode, so fun noise is not a problem!

Noise is an important consideration yes. I agree it's the only thing holding this light back
