ever since i watched this video i started using notion and omg it’s soooo helpful. I use like a normal paper planner too but it’s very easy to do it on the computer and my phone cuz i always have them with me😊

Time blocking your social media usage is so smart!! Sometimes I’ll get on Instagram and be on there for like an hour without even thinking about it and if I time blocked when to get in Instagram that would help me not to waste so much time.
