MY GAME CHANGING MEATLOAF RECIPE| SEE FULL RECIPE IN DESCRIPTION BOX| CHAMELEON GIRL

  • Combine
    5 pounds of ground beef
    2 6 oz cans of tomato paste
    Two heaping tablespoons of dry/minced onions
    Two cups or two medium onions (lots of onions will not overpower this need loaf recipe, trust me!)
    1 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoons of lawry's season salt (25% less sodium)
    3 teaspoons of onion powder
    1 1/2 tablespoons of paprika
    1 tablespoons of fresh of dry parsley flakes
    2 teaspoons of koshers salt (not seen in video)
    2 teaspoons of accent (not seen in video)
    2 eggs (scramble before mixing for better results)
    3/4 cup milk
    1 cup of oats (old fashion or quick is fine. Can be substituted with white rice, not minute rice)
    Mix well with hands for no more than 3 minutes
    Make a large ball in your hands
    Place in pan of your choice (I prefer metal)
    Continue form your meatloaf into a loaf shape as seen in video
    Bake for 1- 1 hour and 25 minutes on 300 degrees covered
    For the gravy
    45 minutes into cooking your meatloaf
    Remove from the oven and carefully spoon juice from the pan into a medium saucepan
    Remove from burner once heated
    Allow juices and oils to heat to medium on the stove
    Immediately add 2 packs of brown gravy mix or 2 heaping tablespoons of flour
    Have handy 2 cups of water
    Add 1 teaspoon of accent (optional)
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
    Place back on to burner
    On medium low heat and whisk until thick and smooth

    Thank you so much for this recipe. This is the first time I made the perfect meatloaf. It was not soggy. It was not brittle. Your recipe made me a perfect meatloaf. Everyone had seconds. Paired perfect with baked potate and my new two ingredient biscuits recipe. YUM
