I keep thinking it would be awesome to use the local carbs as the bread in the grilled cheese. My idea of a momo grilled cheese is two skin squares, grilled instead of steamed or boiled, with the stuffing and cheese in between. Maybe melt the yak cheese in some yak milk to soften it?
I love these longer form videos. And I wish I could teleport into Nepal to try these foods I'd never before heard of. Thanks! (Oh, and looking forward to Singapore!).

The editing is absolutely KILLER! I love the content alot! Keep up the good work man! Tho I do have one simple criticism, the video is in some moments a little bit fast-paced where there are too many shots in little time frame, but I don't have any problem with.

Yes! I'm still on the road traveling, and producing content in many more countries. Thailand is happening this year for sure, the other two will happen for sure, but not in the next few months.
You should visit other part of Nepal for different cuisines. Each part of nepal has different cuisines. Btw so glad to see such a big chef indulging in our culture and cuisine .❤

The country order doesn't really follow any sort of direction. This will be more clear as the series goes on. We determined the order based on flight costs and optimal weather!

I think that you should go to the grassroots of any country because, locals have way more unique things to offer than the restaurants.
This feels likes it should be in a streaming by service maybe the quality isn’t as good but it just feels like that
