    🧀About Chef Tyler!
Hi, I’m Tyler. I’m lactose intolerant (yes, really) and love travelling, eating, and of course, cooking grilled cheeses. In February 2024 I left the US in search of the World’s Best Grilled Cheese. For the rest of the year, I’ll be trying new foods and experimenting with more flavors to try and get closer to making the best tasting grilled cheese anyone’s ever had.
Let me know where you think the world’s best grilled cheese inspiration could be and thank you for being a part of this journey!

Rs. 400 for puri tarkari? You got ripped off bro. It should be around 80-100 at most.
Momo price was fair. And the reason you got different plate might be because you got chicken momo. Chicken momo usually get different plate and better chautney as they are more expensive.
Lastly you can just eat daal bhat with spoon.

Yes scam sometime could exist but he literally ordered from menu!

@@Chef__TylerCan I share an amazing story with you? One day I was driving home, when all of a sudden the Lord came to me in spirit. I felt very close to Him. I knew if I asked him to play any song on the radio he would, I guess to bless my faith.
So I said "ok, Lord play "Come as you are by Nirvana".
I turned on the radio and the song started playing right there on the spot, perfectly…
I started getting flooded with chills like a waterfall, crying, and trembling.
He stayed with me for 10 minutes in my driveway. until I got outta the car.
A couple months after that I started getting amazing prayers answered way more often, because it helped me quit doubting when I pray and I was lined up with biblical instructions. It's 6 years later and I still get answered prayers in Jesus name.

Great video! Please note that the menu you showed already had a price of puri tarkari and in expensive area that’s the regular rate. People telling you can get 80rs puritarkari but they didn’t tell you which place exactly! I have paid 500rs for veg momo in thamels restaurant, coffees cost 200 to 500 depending upon where you go!
Scamming could happen sometime but I am frustrated seeing people randomly confidently telling you got scammed for puritarkari. No, Kathmandu can be cheaper and more expensive depends on where you go and Thamel Jhamsikhel Bhaispati etc are expensive and price range differs!

Additionally, as an original newar inhabitant of Kathmandu whose ancestor made momo popular in Kathmandu, let me tell you it is momo cha, not even momo. When momo was stigmatized as untouchable food by Brahmins and Chhetris, we used to call it momo cha.

Pains me to say it but you got scammed at the start. heres an advice: next time youre in kathmandu, dont just buy the street food for the price youre given because its most likely a foreigner price. Go to a packed street vendor instead and ask the people who are in the line how much it was and you wont get scammed for double or triple the price just like the fried bread you got (its not paratha idk what it is but that didn't look good). And make sure you see how they make it if you feel like its unhygienic dont eat it because it probably is. But loved the vid and hoping to see more of you❤️

Those were the indian restaurants in nepal, basically Indian foods like puri tarkari, paratha they scammed him.
If it was an authentic Nepali restaurant, the case would probably be different.

6:26 I believe that Momo (from Avatar the last Airbender) was actually named after the japanese word もも (pronounced momo) which means peach because Momo was holding a peach when Aang named him
(This isn't to be rude or anything, I just thought that it was a interesting thing! I'm not saying I'm right either. Just saying it's a fun fact! 😊)

While Momo's ear shape does make him look like a Momo, considering Aang is vegetarian and he was handing Sokka a moon peach, his name is definitely based on the Japanese word "momo" as in peach. But! Double meanings are fun so I'll take the opportunity for him to call him the group's flying dumpling! xD
