Spike Hardcore is 350mgs for a 16oz can, but in looking at caffeine in Mgs per ounces, Cocaine energy has the strongest caffeine at 280mgs for a 12 oz can. Spike would be 21.875mgs per ounce and Cocaine is 23.3 mgs per ounce. Actually, Spike also has their Spike Shooter, which is just crazy. It IS the highest amount at just over 35mgs per ounce.

As for the breakdown, the dosages are usually listed and if they arent listed, its hard to find out what they are....but specifically for bucked up, they gave a decent amount of dosages from the top, middle and bottom of the ingredients list that you could sort of figure it out (approximately). I've been wanting your to hit these up since they released, Bucked Up is my favorite preworkout product. All their flavors are fantastic so I'm very excited to see you enjoyed them. My Vitamin Shoppe only had Rocket Pop and Blue Raz but Blood Raz was always one of my favorites. I'm excited to try the others someday!
I like the PWO powder version also. But, I heard Bucked Up makes your pecker stop working as it should. Not sure if it's true, but he didn't address any of those rumors...
@Husky Harris Actually, deer antler velvet helps with that, with proven scientific studies to help with impotency in men and infertility in women. I believe I mentioned that in the video, unless it got edited out for time. And Dynamine doesnt cause vasoconstriction so you have better blood flow. Which should also help.

Had a 300mg rockstar endurance one day and the next day a few sips of Bucked Up energy and I was wired all day. Kinda gives a little of a head high. I notice within a few minutes that my fatigue ebbs off and I can think very fast and clear. Movement seems way faster especially when doing work related tasks. I can perform the same tasks at double speed with the same precision its wild. Dont care for the taste as much but will vouch for the effects.
I got more of a cinnamon apple out of wild orchard. It was tough for me to finish as it's a funky flavor and seems to become too overwhelming by the time you get half way through it. I will say this company really surprised me and jumped up my list of favorites with the Blood Razz and Blue Razz. I enjoy your content man, good luck!
I got kind of a Pear or Apple with a slight banana aftertaste. Definitely not what it described "white peach white grape but did get a little apple but it was a sweet apple not sour like Nos Sonic Sour. But I would like to see more Sour Apple flavors I remember Rockstar use to have a Super Sour Apple the very Original one in the black and florescent green can. That was top Sour Apple in my opinion only Sour Apple Ghost comes close.
I'm an energy drink conneseur and these are my absolute favorite. I get the right amount of energy without a come down and I'm the most alert with this one also.
I have tried 2 of thw powders have not tried the cans yet. In the powder i had grape ganz amd to me the powder tasted like dimetapp that all i could think of to compare it to. I also had the Blue Raz and to me all i could think of was the blue jolly rancher. I can't wait to try the cans now that you rated them so high. Thanks for all the research and great info keep it up.
Don’t know about the powders but, yeah, really liking the cans! I’m thinking the macros on the powder will be more solid...as well as actually telling you the numbers of what’s in there, as opposed to guessing on the can.

I’m usually a dedicated Raze drinker when available, but these are the only other drinks that I will pick for variety even when Raze is available. My job requires me to stay alert for long periods of time. These don’t just give physical energy, but also mental alertness for quite a while. They taste amazing, but Wild Orchid was weird, not bad, just weird. A note on Bucked Up customer service. I've tried all these but the orange and they are very good! Haha also if you look on the back of the can I know the orchard one tells you wants in it. I believe it was white grape, peach and apple. It was very good!
Yeah, someone else mentioned it is right above the barcode. I looked at the first can when I bought them and saw "grape flavor" and didnt think much of it. Most of them were pointless "Orange Flavor" "Blue Raspberry Favor" etc.... the only useful one was the one I didnt look at....yet...luckily enough, I freakin A got it right!!! Phew!

Very yummy! All is well, thank you! Mio Energy is on my list to review, but with so many other energy drinks on the list and new ones being released, it keeps getting bumped. In general though, a great way to get a boost of caffeine and have it on you at all time.

They dont carry them at any of the stores near me yet (and they were released on black friday of 2020) so I don't know whats up with that. I know Im not buying 6 cases online. I asked if they could send me a can of each and they said no, so I said Id review them whenever I find them. GNC said they dont even plan on getting them around me, because I said other GNCs already had them.

Nice! I hope you like them as much as I do. Yeah, there arent a ton of pear energy drinks out there besides the Bang and Red Bull, that I can remember. Im surprised GFuel hasnt done something like that since they did the Wumpa Fruit and other interesting mixes.

I haven't seen these till today, at a Walmart, so I got a Blood Razz to try, and it's one of the best Workout/Energy drink flavors I've ever had. It has that mix of a fresh raspberry, and a Raspberry candy.

Yeah, Im fairly certain the dosages in the cans are less than the actual pre-workout powder (its usually the case), but its better than your typical preworkout energy drink AND tastes amazing. I dont think any canned products will ever replace a preworkout powder, but its definitely much better than nothing.
Okay, I finally tried this one. Not too bad tasting. However, I gave a can to a co-worker who alerted me that it has Deer Antler Velvet in it! How did I miss this!? Haha.
Yah ,the actual pre workout of rocket pop woke af is where it's at. Just tried this to ight as I'm a fan of bucked up. But I agree c4 frozen bombsicle is number one.
You guessed wrong with the math for the ingredients below caffeine - Sucralose is ~600x as sweet as sugar, that means to match the equivalent sweetness of a drink with 50g of sugar with sucralose alone you would want to add 83mg so I would expect this drink to have between 60-100mg depending on how much excess sweetness it needs to cover the bitterness of actives. Sodium Benzoate has a maximum legal allowable limit of 150mg/L or .1% as a concentration. Since this drink i s 435ml that means the max limit of sodium benzoate they can add is 65.25mg. From my own personal experience making homemade pre-workouts the best ratio for sucralose:ace-k is 4:1, although 3:1 is close. That would put the Ace-k somewhere between 15-35mg. This means that all of the actives with the exception of the caffeine, beta-alanine and taurine are pixy dusted. Other than that great video, thanks for all these reviews!

Understandable . Who wants to be a case of something they are unsure they’re going to like? It’s tough. If you don’t mind paying slightly more per can but less than a full case, you might be able to find a variety pack on Amazon. (Feel free to use my affiliate to amazon too, lol)
I finally managed to try one of these for the 1st time I went to a local GNCI personally absolutely love the blue flavored 1 and the red flavored 1 those 2 are so darn good they almost taste like a candy.
Quick question, I'm currently drinking a bang energy drink a day as well as drinking about two cups off coffee in the morning and at night (bang in the afternoon) do you think this is safe consumption if I eat a well balanced diet?
Most likely yes, but several factors need to be considered. First off, how old are you? Children between 13 and 17 should only consume betweem 100-150mgs per day. Anyone 18 and up is recommended not to exceed 400mgs per day, according to the Mayo Clinic, American Heart Association and many other medical websites. That number is a general number and if you go to the website Caffeine Informer, you can find out how much caffeine you are allowed by body weight, since it is a more accurate number based on your mgs of caffeine intake for your body size. Also, depends on the coffee. An average 8oz cup of coffe is between 80-120 mgs....but Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks are around 140-150mgs. Then there are coffees like Deathwish and Black Rifle. But, even if you were doing the average of 100mgs and you have 4 cups a day, you are probably over 700, which is a lot. Your caffeine tolerance is probably pretty hefty right now though ,depending on how long you have been doing it. Finally got to try a few Bucked Up flavors, they only sell two kinds at my local walmart.. Rocket Pop I like just as much as C4's Bombsicle.. I can't wait to try Bomb Pop flavors from other brands now. Mango Tango was great too, but all I taste is Pineapple...maybe a hint of Mango and Passion Fruit but Pineapple is the big flavor in there. It's better than Monster's White Pineapple!
I even decided to check out their powders and it only uses 50mgs in their powders, which is strange. I mean, if they think 50mgs is enough, then these drinks probably do have that same amount...just from the medical studies I read, you needed a lot more. But, like I Said, a lot of studies and a lot of different information from different places.

I think you brought this up in another conversation that we had, but the attention span of the average viewer is actually very low, like a minute. But I think there's something about your editing style that makes me wanna watch for hours.
@@DumpeNordlie Thanks! yeah, the attention span is very short, and I do behind the scenes subliminal tricks...well, not subliminal, but helpful things. My primary mental trigger is the jump cut, which I use heavily. I also use pictures during the ingredients so people wont get too bored. And I try to move around from time to time on the screen (similar to a jump cut but more pronounced).
I always thought about trying this brand in powder form, about how many oz do you think you pour with every cup. You should test out your average. I'm guessing 2-3 oz
Its usually right around 4-5. They are 9 ounce cups and I usually fill to the halfway point...although they are larger at the top than the bottom...but sometimes I go a touch higher than halfway (if I think I'll like it). Already measured in the past for when I had to review 9 or 10 drinks at a time.
Different company. Rich Energy is a British company, whereas Bucked Up is owned by a supplement company DAS Labs. To be honest, a lot of companies use similar deer head logos. Its a cool thing for a logo.

I know a lot of people, myself included, that dont like to buy a full case of something they may or may not like, even if some random guy online ranks it in the 9's. 😂😂😂 But trust me...Ive definitely gotten stuck with a couple of cases I didnt like in the past, so it happens and there can be ways around it... ... I am a big GFuel fan but they do have some work to do on the can side of things. First off IMO 300MG of caffeine is just too much for any can. People like myself prefer to have a can in the morning and a can in the afternoon.. 600MG is over the daily recommended intake for caffeine and can cause a lot of problems. That's why I prefer C4 at 200MG per can.
G fuel is garbage and they are also shady company, they only release certain flavors to celebrity gamers, and you have to be like someone important to buy their products half the time.
@Troy's Sports & Games A lot of people said the same thing and couldnt understand why they went from 150mgs a serving, in their powders, to 300mgs in their can. I still love to have a couple energy drinks a day but if I end up having a 300mg energy drink, it limits my choices for the rest of the day. But, then again, there are a lot of gamers, or people in general, who pride themselves on being hardcore and doing everything to the extreme level.

They knew we (me) as fans would try them no matter what but they needed to appeal to fans of the 300MG class. Im still holding on to hope that they eventually lower to 200-250MG. It was mentioned in a livestream recently and the CEO said that they have actually thought about doing that to be unique.

Had a 300mg rockstar endurance one day and the next day a few sips of Bucked Up energy and I was wired all day. Kinda gives a little of a head high. I notice within a few minutes that my fatigue ebbs off and I can think very fast and clear. Movement seems way faster especially when doing work related tasks. I can perform the same tasks at double speed with the same precision its wild. Dont care for the taste as much but will vouch for the effects.

I got more of a cinnamon apple out of wild orchard. It was tough for me to finish as it's a funky flavor and seems to become too overwhelming by the time you get half way through it. I will say this company really surprised me and jumped up my list of favorites with the Blood Razz and Blue Razz. I enjoy your content man, good luck!

I got kind of a Pear or Apple with a slight banana aftertaste. Definitely not what it described "white peach white grape but did get a little apple but it was a sweet apple not sour like Nos Sonic Sour. But I would like to see more Sour Apple flavors I remember Rockstar use to have a Super Sour Apple the very Original one in the black and florescent green can. That was top Sour Apple in my opinion only Sour Apple Ghost comes close.

I have tried 2 of thw powders have not tried the cans yet. In the powder i had grape ganz amd to me the powder tasted like dimetapp that all i could think of to compare it to. I also had the Blue Raz and to me all i could think of was the blue jolly rancher. I can't wait to try the cans now that you rated them so high. Thanks for all the research and great info keep it up.
Don’t know about the powders but, yeah, really liking the cans! I’m thinking the macros on the powder will be more solid...as well as actually telling you the numbers of what’s in there, as opposed to guessing on the can.
The Blood Raz Bucked up is not bad. It kinda reminds me of the Swedish Fish Ghost or the Ghost Sour patch Red Berry.

I’m usually a dedicated Raze drinker when available, but these are the only other drinks that I will pick for variety even when Raze is available. My job requires me to stay alert for long periods of time. These don’t just give physical energy, but also mental alertness for quite a while. They taste amazing, but Wild Orchid was weird, not bad, just weird. A note on Bucked Up customer service. I had a negative physical reaction to their BCAAs, so I returned the unused portion (I had to pay shipping). They were willing to give a full refund or exchange. Yeah, someone else mentioned it is right above the barcode. I looked at the first can when I bought them and saw "grape flavor" and didnt think much of it. Most of them were pointless "Orange Flavor" "Blue Raspberry Favor" etc.... the only useful one was the one I didnt look at....yet...luckily enough, I freakin A got it right!!! Phew!

I haven't seen these till today, at a Walmart, so I got a Blood Razz to try, and it's one of the best Workout/Energy drink flavors I've ever had. It has that mix of a fresh raspberry, and a Raspberry candy.
Oh yeah, they definitely did a great job overall with their flavors. Can't beleive they are at Walmart! Thats a big step.

Yeah, Im fairly certain the dosages in the cans are less than the actual pre-workout powder (its usually the case), but its better than your typical preworkout energy drink AND tastes amazing. I dont think any canned products will ever replace a preworkout powder, but its definitely much better than nothing.

Yah ,the actual pre workout of rocket pop woke af is where it's at. Just tried this to ight as I'm a fan of bucked up. But I agree c4 frozen bombsicle is number one.
You guessed wrong with the math for the ingredients below caffeine - Sucralose is ~600x as sweet as sugar, that means to match the equivalent sweetness of a drink with 50g of sugar with sucralose alone you would want to add 83mg so I would expect this drink to have between 60-100mg depending on how much excess sweetness it needs to cover the bitterness of actives. Sodium Benzoate has a maximum legal allowable limit of 150mg/L or .1% as a concentration. Since this drink i s 435ml that means the max limit of sodium benzoate they can add is 65.25mg. From my own personal experience making homemade pre-workouts the best ratio for sucralose:ace-k is 4:1, although 3:1 is close. That would put the Ace-k somewhere between 15-35mg. This means that all of the actives with the exception of the caffeine, beta-alanine and taurine are pixy dusted. Other than that great video, thanks for all these reviews!

Quick question, I'm currently drinking a bang energy drink a day as well as drinking about two cups off coffee in the morning and at night (bang in the afternoon) do you think this is safe consumption if I eat a well balanced diet?
Most likely yes, but several factors need to be considered. First off, how old are you? Children between 13 and 17 should only consume betweem 100-150mgs per day. Anyone 18 and up is recommended not to exceed 400mgs per day, according to the Mayo Clinic, American Heart Association and many other medical websites.
That number is a general number and if you go to the website Caffeine Informer, you can find out how much caffeine you are allowed by body weight, since it is a more accurate number based on your mgs of caffeine intake for your body size. Also, depends on the coffee. An average 8oz cup of coffe is between 80-120 mgs....but Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks are around 140-150mgs. Then there are coffees like Deathwish and Black Rifle.
But, even if you were doing the average of 100mgs and you have 4 cups a day, you are probably over 700, which is a lot. Your caffeine tolerance is probably pretty hefty right now though ,depending on how long you have been doing it.

Finally got to try a few Bucked Up flavors, they only sell two kinds at my local walmart.. Rocket Pop I like just as much as C4's Bombsicle.. I can't wait to try Bomb Pop flavors from other brands now. Mango Tango was great too, but all I taste is Pineapple...maybe a hint of Mango and Passion Fruit but Pineapple is the big flavor in there. It's better than Monster's White Pineapple!

DAS labs is crazy! Deer antler velvet is a vague ingredient in terms of source but it works
I even decided to check out their powders and it only uses 50mgs in their powders, which is strange. I mean, if they think 50mgs is enough, then these drinks probably do have that same amount...just from the medical studies I read, you needed a lot more. But, like I Said, a lot of studies and a lot of different information from different places.
Their other sports supplements have the deer antler velvet too so I suppose with everything in combo ideally the consumer would get enough

My primary mental trigger is the jump cut, which I use heavily. I also use pictures during the ingredients so people wont get too bored. And I try to move around from time to time on the screen (similar to a jump cut but more pronounced).

Its usually right around 4-5. They are 9 ounce cups and I usually fill to the halfway point...although they are larger at the top than the bottom...but sometimes I go a touch higher than halfway (if I think I'll like it).
Already measured in the past for when I had to review 9 or 10 drinks at a time.

Different company. Rich Energy is a British company, whereas Bucked Up is owned by a supplement company DAS Labs. To be honest, a lot of companies use similar deer head logos. Its a cool thing for a logo.

These are much better than the G Fuel cans. Trust.
I am a big GFuel fan but they do have some work to do on the can side of things. First off IMO 300MG of caffeine is just too much for any can. People like myself prefer to have a can in the morning and a can in the afternoon.. 600MG is over the daily recommended intake for caffeine and can cause a lot of problems. That's why I prefer C4 at 200MG per can.
G fuel is garbage and they are also shady company, they only release certain flavors to celebrity gamers, and you have to be like someone important to buy their products half the time.
@Troy's Sports & Games A lot of people said the same thing and couldnt understand why they went from 150mgs a serving, in their powders, to 300mgs in their can. I still love to have a couple energy drinks a day but if I end up having a 300mg energy drink, it limits my choices for the rest of the day. But, then again, there are a lot of gamers, or people in general, who pride themselves on being hardcore and doing everything to the extreme level.
@@CaffeineMan1 Very good point!! I feel like they went to 300MG to try and compete with Bang and Reign. They knew we (me) as fans would try them no matter what but they needed to appeal to fans of the 300MG class. Im still holding on to hope that they eventually lower to 200-250MG. It was mentioned in a livestream recently and the CEO said that they have actually thought about doing that to be unique.

If your country has laws and restrictions of caffeine content, it might not make it there. A lot of countries max out between 150mgs to 180mgs.

200mgs, preferably a nootropic, like C4 Smart or Triton. I do edit all my own videos. VERY time consuming! 😂
Also can you direct me to drinks with L-Tysorin I believe it’s called it’s a replacement of caffine and normally have a lot of vitamins that’s really healthy for us and for he most current times (I found this out because I wanted gfuel but my mom was like no your gonna die blah blah but then I showed her gfuel Hydrated and she was cool with it might I I know any others that aren’t powder
