It is accurate, but don't drink hot drink right before taking temperature orally. I did experiments, usually after ten minutes, the effect will be gone. People cannot fake fever for sick leave.
I was just sitting and feeling well and just thought to check temperature, i have glass mercury thermometer i give in under arm and my temperature was 99.F exact after giving for 8 mins but same again i give for 5 mins and its showing 98.F is it normal or i have fever? Please reply i am worried
Normal i like using SI units cause most reasearchs are based on them and less sensitive to personal changes like someones temp is normally alittle higher
