They used to have Q stun pierce as a separate talent. Then they made it a passive quest, where you had to get like 25 Q hits and then it would unlock a pierce. Then it was moved to auto gain at level 10 but the stacking component was turned into a level 1 talent for damage. Utterly bizarre.

Just lower the stack reward from kill, change the durations to keep on refresh in 3s per hit
