do you have both sides jacked up? When I removed the 24mm nuts off the strut and took those bolts out the lower control arm was under a lot of tension and pushed the entire hub up. I only had one side jacked up though...

Anyone know if it’s possible to remove the studs without taking the hub off? Looks close
Yea just spin the hub till it’s at that little dip spot and wack it out that’s what I did to my 2010 ford edge

Where did you get the cup bigger than the bearing? I have a 12pc ball joint press cup kit and none are larger diameter than the bearing.

Use a proper wrench on the inside and let it wedge against the lower arm. Jeez.....
