One of the most lovely versions of the sound of music I’ve seen so far. Incredible casting and staging! Thank you for sharing! What a great aspiration to look up to!
There is something that brings more of a sense of urgency with the Salzburg Festival scene from having the year 1938 up on the wall behind them. They got the right year too.
What an excellent Act II! Finally, the break up scene with the Captain and the Baroness done as it should be! I agree though, where is Act I? Well done all!
One thing I thought should have been just a bit different. In the Abbey when they're hiding, the audience should've been able to see them. In the movie the Nazis can't see them but we can. I know that's probably harder to do convincingly on stage though, and harder yet when you're filming the stage version. Overall really nice job. 😍
Elsa looks like Geraldine Page, but I know Miss Page died several years ago. What year was this production? I know Jessica Grove played Dorothy in a production of "THE WIZARD OF OZ" that ran for several seasons.

Curtain call was really cute too. ^___^
Harrison Morgan from "Dexter" playing one of the von Trapp children? Wow!
Beautiful voices!

Edelweiss 1938.
Something is slightly creepy about that.
Gives us the feeling of their needing to escape immediately afterward.
