Actually I did the same mistake before; you cannot choose the card with the same name as Shuura to be bounced back when retired. Choose other card instead.

Gg, that heal cant get extra 15k due to overlord crit is increase by trigger nt its own effect
It's the stealth fiend counter heal (from set D-BT05), it gets 15k shield when the attacking units did re-stand during this battle phase, the one that gets 15k shield on Crits change is a dracokid from special series 2 (D-SS02 i believe).
It is restander counter, not extra crit
