I have been using my father's wooden grip for around a month It is around 5-6 years old hand gripper💀 Rust bhi bohot kaam hua hai These are really very durable
As a science student i can explain that these grippers are showing accurate weight of 40 kg Explanation - according to science in simple and easy language force acts less on bigger cross section area and Acts high on less cross section area Since you were pressing them with your palms with high cross section area less force is required as it distributed but when we press them with our fingers they get comparatively less cross section area Therefore more force is required as it didn't have enough area to spread Hope it helped ☺️
They aren’t accurate bro, they are misleading. These grippers are not 40 or 60kgs of resistance. Anyone who lifts weight can tell the difference easily
Bro that 150lb gripper strength varies according to your holding position. As it have longer handle you will have maximum resistance if you hold it close to the coil and will have min strength as u move further along the ends. Btw nice video
Yes in the middle it will have maximum resistance, however it’s still not a true 150LB resistance. Difference will be visible if you use it next to captain of crushers
Steel hand gripper is very rough for beginners due to steel handle , its like sand paper day by day it start to become comfortable and also provide blisters in hand for beginners
Your 150 steel gripper has so much less spring mass than the one I've got. It's a good thing we're both Indian so I'll put it this way, I bought my set of 150/200/250/300 for 15,500
@@PrabhuBroidk bro, I just bought a gripper which was packed, I got it for 170 INR and it's like 5kg- 60kg adjustable, it's really good bcz the tension is accurate on it, my hands felt sore on the first day but from next day it was easier
@@PrabhuBrotoo many brands are selling these adjustable grippers like boldfit, lifelong, amazonbasics etc. i have one boldfit one which is 60kg which i use personally and one lifelong one which has 40kg resistance which is used by my father and sister. The company could market it as "Grip like a frog, with our frog grippers" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Not a gym person but all I know is adjustable accessories are only recommended, bro is just saying steel one is better because it has more weight 🤦
How is HRX hand gripper, on Specifications it is written 10-60 kg, can we expect 40kg actual Resistance, as it is adjustable, grip should be fine. Also if you can tell about Decathlon Corength Hand gripper.
Both HRX and decathlon aren’t good I think. Better stick to boldfit 10-60kg gripper
